My comment is only for the donation drop-off area in the back, not for the store itself. I have been dropping off donations for years, but my last two visits were disappointing due to the rude service I received.
During my first incident, I was dropping off clothes and shoes. The lady assisting me seemed agitated for no apparent reason. Without even looking at my donation, she told me I should throw the items away instead of donating them. I explained that some of the clothes were brand new, even with tags still on them. She then said she would verify that.
The second incident was similar. I got out of my car with a box of donations and told the gentleman there that I wanted to keep the box, as it was a collapsible storage box from Costco. He, who seemed unhappy to be there, snapped at me, questioning why I wanted the box back.
If management is reading this, please consider providing these employees with some customer service training. People take time out of their day to drop off donations, and the last thing anyone wants is to deal with rude and disgruntled staff.
Peace.

DO NOT USE "DONATION" Pick up!
It is a SCAM! I wanted to donate a chair and 3 boxes and they wanted to charge me over 200 dollars to PICK UP FREE ITEMS. Goodwill Do better! You all claim to be a nonprofit organization but you are NOT!
You don't go to church which is a (nonprofit) and them say it will be 5 dollars to join the church service.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean. The aisles aren't very well organized though, and it's quite hard to find what you're looking for.

Asked if they do the dell reconnect program. Which clearly says online, and there is a flyer outside one of the donation doors stating they do.
I informed the staff that I wanted to do the dell reconnect program, and was responded with if i wanted a reciept, and to donate. Followed by me restating that I wanted to recycle the old laptop via dell reconnect. I restated that it was to recycle the old laptop, given that dell would be able to reuse any of the old parts that would be beneficial to them.
I was later turned away, stating they could not accept it. Would go elsewhere if anyone else tries to use the dell reconnect program, or send it via fedex.

Katerina the worker with the red hair rolled her eyes at my baby son for playing in the shopping cart. When I confronted her she said “get lost you and your son” also there were 2 homeless people in the bathroom hanging out by the sinks and I couldn’t get by to wash my hands they were doing some skincare and laundry or something
