We started the process to renovate our master bathroom in January. It was an exhausting process until we found Giovanni's Tile Design. From the moment we spoke to them about the entire process, we knew we had found the right company. They listened to what we liked, and didn't like, and they started designing our new bathroom. They had wonderful ideas that we had not even thought possible. Everything, from the design process to demolition to installation went perfectly. Everyone who worked in our home respected both us and our home. They cleaned every day before they left. The work is flawless. We have done several renovation projects in the past, but none ever went as perfectly as this. We knew they would do a beautiful job for us, but our expectations were greatly exceeded. Every day, for at least twenty to thirty minutes, we don't even feel like we are at home. We feel like we've been taken to another place, a special place. They did such a beautiful job for us that we are now working with them on our kitchen renovation. They take pride and quality in every aspect of their work, it shows, and we thoroughly enjoy it. They also made us feel like part of their family! Will never use anyone else other than Giovanni's Tile Design. Our thanks to them! Debbie & Gregg

Giovanni is the gold standard. They represent everything a service provider should be. Everyone was terrific, from the showroom to the demo, installation, and follow-up calls. I was especially blown away by the install guy. This is a family operation; you can tell they are building it to hand down to the next generation.We have been burned in the past and put this job off because of those negative experiences. We were nervous starting this job because it involved removing the heated tile floor from around our custom cabinets and surrounding marble surfaces.Much to our delight, they removed our old flooring without damaging anything else. They respected the other spaces in our home and treated our property as if it were theirs. A few months after the installation, the new heated floor stopped working due to a faulty controller (it happens). They wanted to come out that day and fix it. It was as if they were still trying to earn our business after they had already cashed our check. This is the way it should be.The tile work is flawless, and the heated floor is much more consistent than our old one.You can find someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for.Giovanni completed our tile job a little over a year ago. We waited a year to ensure we had no problems before leaving a review.

I've completed a few bathroom, kitchen, laundry room projects at my home as well as my mom's home with Giovanni's Tile Design. They provide outstanding service starting from design to completion along with huge variety of materials and excellent craftsmanship. Most importantly I appreciate that they address any of issues/concerns (which were only a couple) during as well as after the projects were completed instead of ignoring them like most of the businesses nowadays. I appreciate that very much! This is one of very few businesses I highly recommend. I will always go back to them with my next project. Big thank you to everyone at Giovanni's Tile Design!

They were very patient and allowed us to take home several samples to help our decision.They offer a nice variety of good quality products!

Giovanni's Tile is the best! They have a wonderful selection and are super knowledgeable about their products. precise tile installation and only uses quality tile! They did our shower and floors in our kids bathroom a few years ago and now we are working on the master!

If you want a fantastic tile installation, this is the place. Everything is done with precision from start to finish. We tiled our kitchen and entry. The floors are smooth as silk, and for the heck of it I ran a quarter over the installation - didn't bounce up once. That is a quality job done by real tile craftsmen. We are tackling our master bath, and there is no option for us who is going to do the job...Giovanni's Tile Design. It is also a family run company, which makes it all even better.

This was our second bathroom renovation performed by Giovanni's and went very well as before. We specifically chose Giovanni's based on our past experience, quality of work and consideration for our living space. From start to finish all workers were professional and courteous. The company is family run with many family members specializing in various stages of the project. Price was competitive. A huge plus for us was a high level of respect for our home with minimum collateral damage to areas adjacent to project site. They were able to accomplish all aspects of the project including demo, plumbing, electrical, framing, tiling and detailed punch list items.
