“I went in there today... Maybe a little "Gruff" and bought a couple of Chocolate Eclairs, some Cigs, etc... I thought that maybe I was mistreated... But no, I called up there, spoke to the Store Manager, "Chris" who rang up my order... We talked and he was Very, Very nice... I just wanted to know if I was the one who wasn't being nice and "if" I was what was it about me that I need to correct (I take responsibility for my actions), Chris said no and I agreed it was miscommunication. Chris is an Exceptional Employee, Manager, and I love that he took my call and was very, very cool. I've been here in Roswell 15Plus years and this is the "Cleanest Gas/Fuel Station" with the Best and Cleanest Bathrooms too... This is how ALL QT's should be ran and they typically are (90% of them)... Keep up the good work Chris and your Gasoline runs so well in ALL of our vehicles it's all we use when in town... I'll pass so many Texico's, Shell's, Chevron's, Amaco's, just to fuel up on QT gas because it's so clean and gives us the most mileage in my 5.0Supercharged and in our 3.6Liter and 4.0Liter Jeeps... “Best part of Kroger honestly! CHRIS give the guy a raise please! He is the hard working manager ....humble, nice, fair, and willing to go the extra mile to make someone a happy customer. I saw him help a stranded lady late one night recently who ran out of gas....push her car to the pump and out of the kindness of his heart bought her a few dollars in gas out of his own wallet to help the girl get home. That is a stand up employee and the kind of manager I would want to work for or work for me. Also don't forget Debra and Jackie. Both been there for a long time as well and both stand up nice women. “fine staff when open but NOT 24 hours.Please update online! I get not having the business volume to stay open passed a certain time- but I’ve come multiple times getting off work late to signs on the door saying “closed until 6am due to staffing”Why not just list closed from 12am-6am.?”

“This place is kinda dirty, way overpriced, and slightly shady bc of the 3 motels & GA-400 on/off right there. Nonetheless, it's one of my favorite convenience stores. The staff are great, especially if you get to know them a bit.”

“They are great gas stations and stores. Only complaint is they must be in beef with Pepsi. All their stores moved Pepsi to very bottom of cooler and Diet Pepsi out of stock in most of their stores at least today”

My daughter just had our car taken to this shop after they closed yesterday, but she called and spoke with Ron who has always been able to help us get the car in good working condition whenever we need his expertise on the job. “I just wanted a Snickers with Almonds. Publix was closed @ 10 & Race Trace was closed for some reason (?). Usually would never stop @ Shell but that's where I spent my $23 on junk food and Lottery ticket. And they were so very nice. Even us customer's chit-chated while we waited. ???”
“This location consistently gets confused on Yelp with the location across the street with the Taqueria. They couldn't be more different. This location has employees that are friendly, remember your preferences, and offer great deals on products. I've been stopping by almost daily and I will go out of my way to stop by for my convenience needs as opposed to other food marts/gas stations.”
