Bought a truck in June and a month did not pass and it started overheating. Said it was a hose. Charged me almost $300 just for the issue not to be fixed and start overheating. They took the truck back and said they had to replace the whole motor. Kept my truck over a month for the truck to overheat again. I took my truck again and they are trying to blame me saying that I ruined the motor. This is such as scam. I was told I can trade the car in and now no answer.

I do not recommend five brothers at all. They mislead you on cars they trade with other "dealers" on hwy 9. My car flooding on the inside. Car smoking as soon as I left dealer. Caused a small fender bender. They wanted 1300 to find a problem they were supposed to have fixed after having it for 2 weeks. Would say THEYwould update and I would have to keep calling And i got 3 different stories from Winston. Then the sales manager then Omar the service manager.
All of their cars are marked well above invoice. Don't do business here

Update here: Two weeks after buying this truck, its battery died and had to be replaced. No mention was made of battery issues when I purchased the vehicle, so if you buy from Five Brothers, would keep this in mind. Other than that, below still applies to their salesmen.
I bought a truck from Matt and Winston, and they were great. They both helped make my car buying process as easy as possible, and I could not have had better service.

I brought a car on March 12 2024 salesman Julio he seemed to be a nice person. He turned out to be a lier and took advantage of a senior citizen well he is not going to hear the end of it. He refuses to return my 2k deposit since March when the car turned out to be a lemon. I had to return the car in less than a week. So now I'm seeking legal help and reporting him to the better business for taking advantage of a senior please be aware he is not an honest person.
