Tried returning our ATT router/modem here, they started the process and then said they couldn’t do the final part of the process so they sent us to a different fedex. Went to a different fedex and they said they couldn’t process our router/modem and that we’d have to have the original fedex ship it. Took it back here and they said they could do it. A few days later i got a call saying they couldn’t do it and basically said that it was my problem i had to deal with, so i had to drive back, pick up the package, call ATT and jump through some hoops to get it reset in their system so that I could take it back to a different fedex. Employees at the desk were well meaning, but the Fedex store here is just simply undertrained and not helpful, and I wasted a lot of my time and caused a lot of frustration.
