“Roswell Town Center is in transition. They are many things to do and see, but the lower section needs some help. The computer Museum of America is on the lower floor but it needs something to lead people to the upper levels. A specialuty food court would help here. There is a small but interesting thrift center on the upper floor. This location would be great if it offered a reason to wander around.”
“The Ameris Bank branch on Hembree Rd in Roswell, GA is the best bank I have ever dealt with. From Beth, the counter person who remembers everyone's name to Kathy French, the branch manager who gets everything done with a smile. Personal service is hard to find but not here. They are great.”

One time I witnessed an older female manager be very condescending to a hard-working LGE employee and that surprised me. “Upon entering the bank, I observed a short line with only two customers ahead of me. However, I noticed that only one out of the two tellers was occupied (Anita). After waiting for a few minutes, Mac (Branch Manager, I believe) informed us that the second teller, Yonka, was logging in and would assist us shortly. He apologized for the wait, and I expressed gratitude for the communication, highlighting the importance of not being ignored in such situations.Once Yonka logged in, I was assisted by Anita. However, two significant issues arose during the transaction. Firstly, despite initially planning to perform a mobile deposit, I decided to cash the check in person. I inquired with Anita if non-account holders could cash checks, and she affirmed, stating that I needed to provide two forms of ID. Unfortunately, she failed to mention a $7.50 charge for cashing the check, which I discovered only after receiving my funds. While this fee may not be financially burdensome, it raised concerns about the potential impact on someone needing every dollar of their check.Upon questioning Anita about the omission, she acknowledged not informing me initially and apologized for the oversight. The second issue arose when Anita asked about the reason for the check amount (Did you sell a car?), presumably due to it being a business account transaction. I chose not to disclose the details, considering it a personal matter outside the scope of this banking transaction. I found such inquiries inappropriate, especially as I am not a frequent customer/account holder.Despite these concerns, the transaction took 10-15 minutes due to established policies, which I understood and accepted. Mac intervened on two occasions to approve the transaction, expressing gratitude for my service as he observed my retired army veteran hat. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the experience was pleasant.”
“I recently had an issue where there were 8 fees of $29 that hit my account due to a hold of $100 from a gas station, never happened before but the manager deleted the cjarges needless to say i was very grateful. I hadnt recived any notifications while any of this was taking place which was unusual. They recently updated theyre system and i think that played a part too. Anyway they resolved the issue. I think i will remain a customer.”
