• Saif- was very Humble during the entire visit and, Also- while he was in the process of setting up a new phone service plan. He took the initiative to ask us questions, like if there were any other concerns, And while explaining A speaker issue on another phone he went ahead and diagnosed the potential issue and right away went to work, disassembling the phone and properly cleaning it to the point that when it was handed back to me, it was like a brand new phone again!!!
I highly recommended this metro Location to anyone looking to switch service providers or add a new line or if you just simply have questions or concerns. This is the place to go to get all your phone needs taken care of.”
“All the stars are for Christie!! She was so helpful, nice and went above and beyond to get us what we needed for the right price. The store appeared to be clean, fairly organized and well run. A little disappointed with selection there's a lot of snacks, makeup and weird clothes but other sections had a lot of bare spots. Maybe things have moved more online but it's sad to have to hunt for what you need by going to multiple stores.”
