We placed an order to be delivered to a recipient in the Roswell area so product was delivered by the Roswell store, the delivery was made without any notice, the delivery guy just dropped it off without ringing the bell, product sat outside in the Georgia Heat for over an hour, fruits went bad had to be thrown out, called the store and the so called Manager/Owner is not helping, we paid for this product we should get a refund, noone enjoyed the product or the service, this is ridiculous

They are disgusting delivering my order in what seemed to have been the last truck of the evening on Christmas Eve, 5:48 PM e-mail the notification said. I ordered 1 month in advance literally right after Thanksgiving, and checked on my order in December a couple of times. Day of delivery Connie's daughter (owner's daughter) said to me on phone they were 'slammed' because of the holiday. Of course they were but I ordered first and I am calling 5 times over complaining starting 1 PM that day. They said they were backed up and working on other orders. I asked what happens if that person isn't home when delivered then. She said, "We call them and then we call you." Didn't realize until later on that the commentary was disgusting. They leave arrangement at the door and take a photo to prove it arrived there. They don't call me. She's disgusting not trying to make me comfortable and the owner's daughter. Actually, I should be thankful it even arrived after reading the other reviews! However, they always answered the phone and never dodged my phone calls. Also the photo looked nice when delivered but never got word how it tasted.

If I could give a zero to this company, I would, I get a call from their location verified by their phone number asking for my address. I don't give out my address over the phone or any other information and I thought it was kind of strange, I looked up the phone number and edible arrangements came up so I called back and talked to several different people to find out why they called me. No one knew anything about it and I asked for a manager Miss Molen who treated me like, I was crazy and talk to me in an extremely condescending manner. she wored me off the phone and hung up in my face basically I would never ever use this company because they have unprofessional people working for them. I must add the person I spoke to before Miss Moley sounded like a high school teenager that didn't have a clue.

This location went above and beyond to hand-deliver an arrangement outside of their normal courier service at the last minute to fix a miscommunication. It was very greatly appreciated. Definitely A+ customer service doing so.

I went in this store today to see which boxes they had pre-made. Because tomorrow is Father’s Day they didn’t have much in the display case. The young man who helped me was pleasant an polite ! He made up 2 small boxes of chocolate covered fruit for me and had it ready quickly. I was so impressed by this young man! I will now be a repeat customer! I already know that the product is excellent!We need more stores with associates like this!

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! I want you know this location is horrible for delivery and customer service. John especially was the rudest of them all. When you think you are doing something nice for someone else by ordering them a edible arrangement you never expect horrible service. (I order from them just about once a year for mother’s day never had an issue). I ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother’s day. They did not knock like I asked them too, (she was home) also they did not listen to instructions if she was not home. Told them exactly where to put it. When my mom goes to leave to run some errands she sees it and gets excited but notices there are ants all over the package and inside of the package. So she tells me. I call them and the guy says we followed your instructions. I said you did not. They stated they could re-make and deliver it today. I call today and John states he wants me to pay again for another arrangement that they clearly did not follow any of my SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS too. I said no I am not re-paying. I was told they would re-make this due to someone not following the delivery instructions. John gets irritated and hangs up the phone. I call back he said there is nothing we can do since we did our job so unless you are paying again we cannot help you. I said oh ok great I will be calling corporate with this issue because it’s ridiculous. Corporate fixed the issue ASAP and is refunding me for the issue. I am a Manager and honestly if John worked for me he would be long gone. Being rude to customers is a absolute NO. This location needs to at least write him up for his actions.

We ordered a large arrangement to be delivered and paid for the order on the day of purchase via the website. On the day of delivery, the store called saying that we needed to pay more or they would not deliver the order.If I could do zero stars I would. You should not charge one price at the point of purchase and then demand a higher price on the day of delivery (less than 48 hours after purchase). Bait and switch…such a disappointing and shady experience.

WARNING: If you value where you spend your money and want to feel confident in the level of service you’ll receive definitely DON’T spend your money here! I was sent an edible arrangement by my coworkers as a birthday gift and never received it. My coworkers then reached out to the local office and spoke with the store manager who stated that he thinks I lied about never receiving it, that his driver told him she saw someone grab it (which is an actual lie, I work from home and was here all day. I never had the privilege of grabbing it but good effort), and they did absolutely nothing to offer any sort of fix or remedy and insisted that my coworkers then reach out to my leasing office instead. For a company that represents being something happy in their local community and one that allows others to celebrate those they care about from afar this particular branch clearly doesn’t take any pride in the service they provide. They will not be helpful if you have an issue and they don’t care about their local customer base. Give your money to someone who values and appreciates your business, this is not it. It’s a big chain anyways, I recommend you find a true local business instead.

They will never get my service ever again! They delivered my order around 7pm when no one is at the house because it's valentine's day and there is no way to track the order since it takes 6-8 hours to update! I spent 165 dollars on an order and got weak, pathetic service. You'll never get my business again,period
