Do not contact these people. The rep that was supposed to help me with the tour got angry when I was no longer interested and wouldnt stop texting me. First time I had to block the number of a realtor and thought it was appropriate to start calling me names and complain when I repeatedly tried ending the conversation especially it being a Friday night.Needless to say it was a complete waste of time. I toured 10 properties that day no problem with professional real estate agents except this one. The "rep" David Sobol wasnt there which normally isnt a problem but just assumed I knew his cell phone number asking for personal information with no reference to his company. He then proceeded to try to make accusations when I literally waited over half an hour expecting he would assist and left because was not impressed with the outside of the property. What shouldve been a simple house tour like usual turned into multiple texts from someone paranoid and argumentative. Needless to say wouldnt even consider a property firm like this if this is who is representing them.

DKRentals Property Management's customer service was great, they answered all my questions and made the renting process easy. However, when we got the keys we noticed some things were overlooked with maintenance of the house. We hope these things are addressed quickly

TL;DR: Avoid DK Rentals at all costs. Get your property managed elsewhere, and if you're thinking of living in a property managed by DK Rentals, LIVE elsewhere. These people are leeches. Normally with suspiciously cheap property management companies, you get what you pay for. Not so for these people - you actually get even less, if that were even possible.Over the past year, it has been nothing but problems with DK Rentals. This was my first time ever renting anywhere besides an apartment complex. The house is great, and luckily our homeowner is responsive. When we first moved in, contractors broke our window in the middle of winter (during a cold snap when the high temperature outside was in the single digits). I kept calling DK Rentals about it for four weeks, until finally, on week 5, our homeowner had it done.Over the summer, our air conditioning stopped working. We called DK Rentals about it, and again were met with a 5-week turnaround, before our homeowner had someone come out - NO action taken by DK Rentals the entire time. What makes it worse, is that every single time we have something come up, and I inappropriately put any amount of trust in DK Rentals to actually fix something, they will conveniently say that they scheduled a contractor, but the only time they could get a contractor to come out was at 6:00pm, on a Friday; very convenient for them, considering they are only available on the phone from 9:00 until 5:00, Monday through Friday. This has happened three straight times, and every time, the contractor doesn't show up, and mysteriously DK Rentals can't get a hold of them? What? And there have been so many other issues that I can't even write them all down here. This all reached a head in September, when I paid at 12:30am on September 2nd, thirty minutes past the September 1st payment deadline, and I was immediately assessed a late fee of $175. I took it up with Esteban at DK Rentals because, in my opinion, 30 minutes is a little fast to assess a fee that large; Esteban reversed the charge, and credited our account for $175. However, later on in September, we got a new roommate, and were given a lease amendment to reflect him being a tenant with us. We then found out that the two minutes of work necessary to add our new roommate to the lease cost an additional $175, wiping out our credit. $175 for two minutes of work is unreasonable. I know I signed the contract that agrees to that fee, but my lord that's a lot of money.I have no confidence in DK Rentals to fix anything - ever. Over the course of my lease, they have effected NO change, and have not hired a SINGLE contractor to fix anything that is broken. The fact that anyone pays them money to manage their property boggles my mind, and I can only wonder if other homeowners have to do the amount of work that our homeowner has to do, to make up for DK Rentals' incompetence. I say this without a hint of overstatement or exaggeration, I truly do not understand what they are getting paid to do - they have done nothing, and I cannot stress that enough. Are you a homeowner, looking for someone to manage your property? Avoid DK Rentals; they will not do a single thing for you, and all work orders for the house will have to be carried out by YOU, or a contractor that YOU hire. Are you looking for a home to rent, and the house you LOVE is managed by DK Rentals? Avoid that place, too! I wouldn't rent my dream home from these people. If I fell head-over-heels in love with a new place - at a great price, in a great location, with plenty of space and amenities - and found out that it was managed by DK Rentals, I would gladly pay more for less, just to go elsewhere.Edit, to reflect Todd's comment: You have attempted to contact me once, while I was at work, and I did say that I am not interested in discussing it. There are no concerns that I have that can be addressed with anything but a time machine. As much as we would both like to go back in time, and for DK Rentals to have been a better property management company, that just isn

No surprise some listings have been sitting unrented for so long. Poor service, home owners beware.. Reached out for days through calling and texting multiple numbers about a question for a rental listed I was interested in moving into this week. No one got back to me or answered my question until I continued to call and text.. I received automated text saying to pay the application fee to apply without having any context into lease terms, questions answered, no contact.. they finally answered me where I had a follow up question and all I got was crickets.Update- Yes, that is the number I have tried calling and texting. No response to question.Update- Paula was helpful after she was able to get involved.

We terminated you for cause. You need to read your contract. We gave you 30 days to comply and you did not. You would rather make it all about hurting our tenants and we will not let you.

Big edit here! After this encounter, there were some further issues that we had that we needed DK rentals managament to help handle as charges started coming in from previous management.... long story short.... Gretchen has taken over from some of the previous people we have dealt with for the last 5 years, and was extremely kind and helpful. She was more reposnsive than any other manager we have worked with, and was able to get rid of a ridiculous charge relating to this incident, and helped us on a leasing issue yhats saved us more money! Thanks Gretchen, and I'm glad, DK Rentals is getting better employees!!!!We have had a maintenence request in for 3 days now that is supposedly top priority for AC outage. We were told and notified that we would have service between 2 and 6 yesterday. Nobody called us or showed up to the house. They can't give me confirmation of who the maintenence company is and are not being helpful. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

I’ve been working at DkRentals for a few months now as the company’s Leasing Agent and my experience here has been nothing less than phenomenal! Accepting a position here was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my real estate career thus far. Todd Reid (owner) is amazing and the team is amazing! I’ve admired my time spent here and I’m looking forward to my continual growth and experience gained here.

Great communication and ProfessionalThe team at DK rentals make it an easy and friendly experience. They are very professional and offer great advice. I am an international investor and I am in need of a responsible and honest property manager to oversee my investment properties.I cannot rate Ms. Stephanie Durden highly enough as she is willing to explain the tasks of a property manager in a timely manner. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Please do NOT RENT FROM DK!!! You will be charged 3% every month you pay rent AND A MANDATORY $25.00 FEE EVERY MONTH- ON TOP OF RENT!!! The $25 is the fee to use their online portal. If you do not pay the $25, the general manager, Esteban Londono will threaten you with eviction. He is very rude and unprofessional. It took a week in July to get the AC fix and 5 days in January to fix the heat! I cannot explain the frustration in dealing with this company; when all you want our the basic amenities for your family.

I currently rent an apartment managed by DK rentals and for nearly 2 weeks I have been living with an unresolved fire hazard caused by a stacked washer/dryer that is blocking the kitchen entry door, a broken washer dryer in my back yard that has prompted the neighbors to question me about it, and other unreasonable security issues that they have taken nearly two months to fix. They still have not removed this washer/dryer from blocking the kitchen door that leads outside. If a fire happens in the front area of the home while i am in the kitchen, i will be stuck in the house with no way out (God forbid). Someone from maintenance could have moved these things to the available shed while the homeowner continues to make bad decisions. On top of that every morning they seem to spend 2hrs in a meeting with no one available to answer the phone which is unprofessional considering your business is open at 9 but you can't accommodate tenants for 2 hrs. They have attempted to blame shift this issues from the homeowner to me when I don't own the home and should not be held responsible for the abysmal decision making of the home owner who waited until I moved in to address issues that should have been resolved while the unit was empty. Not to mention that the other unit has a necessary kitchen appliance just sitting on the floor next to the fridge instead of installed above the stove where it would remove fumes while the tenant cooks, and his bottom kitchen cabinets are unfinished on the inside. It was not advertised that the duplex is illegal so I control the other tenants air conditioning which is unfair to him. I would give this company 0 stars if I could, because they have placated and pacified me instead of QUICKLY solving these issues. Wasting my entire Sunday yesterday waiting for someone to come pick these machines up which never happened and having no way of getting updates so i just sat with my wasted day and unresolved problem was it for me, and that's why I'm leaving a review. And it's incredibly unfortunate because the neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The home itself is cute and well designed. It's just been issue after issue and I'm really feeling uncared for as a tenant.

I recently started to rent with DKrentals and my experience has been memorable. Paola, Inez, Andrea and Estefan helped me through the entire process from the application to even after our move in. Everyone is very professional and kind. The home needed a refresh from being unvacant for some time and the cleaning ladies Gabby and Liseida did an amazing job. I look forward to continue my rental journey with them! Thank you to everyone!
