My baby loves this place. Everytime we come in I have to drag that little stinker out! We love our staff here, and they do everything to make sure our baby feels beautiful in her dance wear. Brings a tear to my eye knowing that these wonderful girls have been taught such fantastic service. So happy we found this place! ?

My commute from home is about 1 hour to this location. I called this store today at 4:28 pm and asked if the store was going to remain open as there was a weather advisory being issued for metro Atlanta areas starting today at 8pm - Friday. The representative said yes, but you must be here by 6 PM. I arrived at the store today at 5:20 PM and as I parked, a store rep was placing a sign on the door to say that they were closing as a result of inclement weather. So I called the store while sitting in the parking lot and advised them that told me the store would remain open until normal close time and that I had driven an hour away to get there. I asked if there was anything they could do to accommodate me. The rep replied “no, our owner just told us to close, and that they had shut down the register”. I asked again if there was anything they could do to accommodate me as I only needed one item, and I was told no.
With light rain, no winds, I sat in the parking lot for an additional 10 minutes to find another location that I could get the items I needed due to an event and watched the reps eat and talk with no regards to me as a customer.
I did not receive an apology, or feedback on what they could do to make this situation, right. I would hate to think that the color of my skin weighed into that decision, but I can say that this was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I will ensure my business is taken elsewhere moving forward. Fortunately, I was able to go to Dance Fashions Warehouse in Sandy Springs (approx 8 miles away), and they were able to assist me same day.

The employees there are so helpful and kind, they make sure you go out of the store satisfied. I got my pointe shoes fitted there a couple times and they are really good at there work

This store is a great! They have everything to meet your dance/gymnastics needs and more. Nicole, Rae, and Jess gave awesome customer service and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Ordered shoes which I had not been able to find elsewhere. They were very apologetic that they had 0 and not the 1 reported pr in my size and gave me options and accurate timing on special ordering them. I have them now in plenty of time for my event. The website advice to order 1/2 size up from regular size was perfect. Very pleased with my purchase and this vendor's selection & communication.

We have shopped here for 8 years and have always been impressed with the customer service and in-store selection. But this past week we had the BEST service from Nicole and her team. We came in around 5:30, straight from an intensive because my daughter's pointe shoes are dead. We were told fittings stop at 5 pm but Nicole was so kind to quickly and accurately re-fit my daughter for her shoes. I'm so thankful for her expertise!

Dance fashions is 50 minutes away from my house, but we make the drive every time I need pointe shoes. The people are very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. I always leave happy!

For my daughter's third pair of pointe shoes, we decided to go closer to home and get refitted. I'm so glad we did. Nicole knew all the brands, old and new and looked at all aspects of her feet. She was outspoken and clear and fast. We had a great experience!
