I had my tire changed and balanced. Work was completed in a timely manner. I was called when the job was completed. The clerk was polite and helpful but they didn’t save my old tube so I could use it as a spare.

This place always delivers! Purchased some cool new riding pants from a great selection of inventory. They even gave me an overview of the different types of pants to choose from. Very customer friendly. Top notch!!

Pleasant sales attendant was available to answer questions and offer additional suggestions regarding some apparel I was looking for. Store is on a smaller side compared to Lawrenceville location however they offer same amount of merchandise.

Poor customer service, waited at the register for 5 minutes while associates engaged in a conversation not relevant to business. I should have Walked out a spent my money somewhere else. I recommend shopping somewhere else.

Every employee is always very kind and professional. I just purchased a cbr600rr over the weekend and it’s always nice to come to Cycle Gear in Roswell even just to chat about motorcycles. All the employees either ride or have riding experience and are super informative in any possible question you could ask. Highly recommend as always!
