Was in from out of town and had to visit the minute clinic. The NP, Laura was super friendly and professional. Would recommend

Never had an issue at this location. I’m always able to find an associate whenever I need help. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The location on North Main St. needs better customer service and availability.

My family has been using this CVS for years, but we have finally had enough of the rude, incompetent customer service. We've switched to Publix, and no they don't have a drive-thru, but the service is like night and day. If you want competent, friendly and efficient service, as so many others have said, go *anywhere* but here. This store is across the street from the hospital, so the awful service and being out of everything really just doesn't cut it. Shame on this company. Vote with your feet.

Worst CVS minute clinic I’ve ever been to. Didn’t catch the name of the blonde NP because I left due to how rude she was. She was rude and racist. Just pay the money and go to urgent care; she isn’t worth dealing with.

DONT GO TO THIS PHARMACY ! The pharmacist was disgustingly rude. He refused to contact the dr to help get a prescription transferred that was out of stock at this location. He knew my daughter had just been discharged from the hospital. He told us he didn't want to be the middle man because they were about to close( we arrived 20 minutes before closing) and slammed the drive thru window. We had to go back to the hospital to find another pharmacy. He needs to be fired. No empathy. No professionalism.

If you need to come here for a prescription, no you don’t.
I typically love my pharmacists at CVS but encountered the rudest pharmacist I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I just got released from the hospital where antibiotics were started & I need to continue at home. My usual pharmacy is out of stock & sent me to this location. When I first walked up, the pharmacist asked if I was dropping off & I said yes. I then stood there for 2+ minutes with absolutely no further interaction. The pharm tech was helping someone else & asked if I had been helped yet. I said no. The pharm tech I interacted with was fine, but when the pharmacist overheard me explaining my usual pharmacy sent me here, she rolled her eyes & clicked her tongue, “Holcomb Bridge sent her here?”
The tech went to make sure they had what I needed in stock, then asked when I would like to pick it up. I said “ideally now” meaning I’d wait for them to fill it as I need to continue the round I already started. The pharmacist scoffed so as to laugh at me, continued clicking at her computer & just shouted “2 hours” over the wall at me without so much as eye contact or any shred of empathy in her voice.
I *get* that you’re busy. I’m not thrilled to be sick, missing work, or have just been in the hospital. I’ve still smiled at every person I’ve interacted with today. Being busy is no excuse to treat a patient with such utter disrespect.
Go literally anywhere else.

Inconsiderate pharmacy staff. Will tell you they are filling your prescriptions even when the requested medications are out of stock.

Watched an employee walk around the store deliberately ignoring the people standing outside waiting for their store to open and get on with their day. Stated opening time on the door was 7:00 AM. Still ignoring 10 minutes later. Other people have jobs they need to get to as well…

If I could leave a 0, I would. I don't know if all CVS lovations are this bad but it is ridiculous. Not only are their hours insanely inconvenient but meds are seldom ready when they say the will be. I called in my son's anti epileptic medication yesterday (fri),, they said it would be ready today (sat) but we went to pick it up today and they said it won't be ready until monday! This a normal occurance. Time to switch pharmacies, it has been too stressful.

Yesterday I went to your competition to download photos and print. Very poor svc. I walked out. Thank God, today I met Lisa at your Roswell store. On a scale to 10 she gets an 11. Very nice. Efficient. A pro. I was in and out in about 8 minutes.
