I was at your store on March 8 and on April 5 where I filled 2 prescriptions. They charged me $47 for a 30 day supply and $141 for a 90 supply. I question the amount since I was expecting to the $11.20. But they told me I was wrong and the cost would be as quoted. So since this is the most important medicine I take I paid the higher amount. I got my summary from my insurance company yesterday and saw what they paid and what my share should’ve been. Called my insurance company who called your store while I was on the line and a very rude pharmacist basically told me to bad, there’s nothing can be done. I’m gonna see about filing a complaint against him and your store. Because I’m out $165 that went in somebody’s pocket but it was mine.

I guess I am gonna try the new Publix pharmacy. The guy here at the CVS pharmacy apparently has a hearing issue, and if you attempt to not talk thru the plastic he yells at you. If you are that concerned about the plastic screen, why not wear a mask? As a result, you have to yell your birth date to the entire store for him to hear it. Yea...that's safe. Rude and insecure practices. You'd be better off elsewhere.

Extremely slow service — took nearly an hour waiting for them to serve 3 cars ahead of me, and then once I got to the window, it was nearly 10 mins before my existence was acknowledged—will gladly drive further for better service

I love the people in the MinuteClinic, but I should have had them call my prescription in to my normal pharmacy. I have done this before and regretted it, but when you’re ill you figure it’s better just to stay and get the prescriptions from the pharmacy where you are. But I waited an hour and then decided that since I was not feeling well to leave and come back. Three hours later, i returned and was told to give them 20 more minutes to get my prescription filled. This is typical for this particular pharmacy. I would recommend seeing the lovely people in the minute clinic and then asking them to call your prescription in to a different pharmacy.

It's the worst CVS ever. I'm moving my prescription to somewhere else. Staff is rude and make mistakes all the time .

This pharmacy is dirty, it seems they never clean. I don't upload pics, because I don't want to be seen taking pictures of their dirty floor. In the other departments, miscellaneous articles are shown on dirty shelves. I have nothing against foreigners, but some of the attendants at the pharmacy have such a strong accent I have to ask them to repeat what they said 2 or 3 times fact that make them nervous and rude, but they should try to listen to themselves and, maybe, they could understand.

The cashier in this store is the most rude person I have seen in any pharmacies around. While I gave him my driver's license, and tried to spell my last name. He said " I can read". I cannot believe he said that. He sounded like I offended him. I told him I didn't mean that he couldn't read, I was just trying to make it easier for him. Then I asked if I would be notified when the prescription is ready. He said" I am just a cashier..." This guy seems having a lot anger piling up on him. He was trying to take it on to the customers. If he works for me, I let him go home without blinking my eyes. He is lack of basic understanding of treating customers with respect. Other female's employees working there seem nice. Unless you don't have any other choices, avoid this pharmacy at 1380 Woodstock rd Roswell. I hope their management can do something about this employee. He makes customers feel sicker with his nasty attitude.

Great service at Pharmacy! At CVS pharmacist refused to provide the flu shot because she had to go to lunch in 20 minutes. There was no other customers and about 5 pharmacists behind the counter. At Publix they gave me the shot in 5 minutes.

Awful pharmacy, waited in line 30 min behind one person just to have to end up leaving because they were still going back and forth at the window. Transferring as soon as I can

Absolutely horrendous service. The pharmacist is beyond rude as is the manager. I called twice to confirm that they honored GoodRx prices which the pharmacist reassured me they did. When I went to pick up my medications I was handed a sticky note and a sharpie and told to write my information down. Seemed unprofessional but I handed back the necessary information and was told to wait. After waiting around 10 minutes the pharmacy tech (older gentleman) beckoned me over with his finger, had me fill more information out on the keypad and when I finally asked if he knew a rough estimate for what the medication would cost, he told me it was over $100. I showed him the GoodRX coupon and his response was “what do you want me to do with that? That’s not my job you’ll have to talk to the pharmacist.” Blew past the rude commentary and attitude and went to speak with the pharmacist. She said they don’t honor GoodRX and that the app is wrong. When I tried to clarify that I had spoken to her on the phone and she had confirmed that that did indeed say they would honor the price, she said that was untrue and I didn’t speak to her. That it never happened. That they only honor the coupon and not the price which makes even less sense. After showing her the app and asking again, the manager came out and repeated what the other pharmacist said about “coupons”. I responded that they need to clarify that over the phone because that was not what I was told (by the pharmacist directly) and that the poor customer service was not helpful. I explained I worked in the service industry and I know the job isn’t always easy but kindness goes a long way. In response, I was told that they work a harder job than anyone else in any industry and I should be more appreciative. That I don’t work the same field as them and can’t even begin to understand all of their hardships. I told them I wouldn’t be paying for my medication and would be contacting my doctor. I will be transferring all of my medications elsewhere and I absolutely cannot believe that this place is even open.

A supernova of chaos and disfunction in pharmacy. Average wait time in pick up window is measured in geologic time
