If you carry in a prescription and it is not covered by your insurance fully other pharmacies tell you try GoodRx or another way to bring the price down. I was returning from the hospital and needed the prescriptions quickly. The pharmacist just said too bad basically when he could have said check GoodRx and it would have been a tenth the price. Thanks CVS for nothing. That's my last time filling a prescription there.

CVS shows off how awfully it runs its business at this location. Both pharmacy and retail horribly understaffed and filthy. You’ll wait a while even with no other customers in the store.

Went here to pick up a prescription on the 17th after being told that it was filled on the 16th. I was told that they didn't have the medication in stock and that they might have it in the following day. So today they trek me that their deliveries had already come for the day and the medication I was waiting for was not delivered. So the provider called the prescription in to another pharmacy that I had to drive an hour to just to find out that CVS filled the prescription! CVS tried to day they filled it on the 16th which was a lie. Total waste of my time! Do better CVS!

Asked them to refill a script that got put through in February. I don’t pick up refills right away cause they’re as needed drugs and on top of that controlled. CVS just auto refills everything and I just need something on file. Think they’d be happy I’m not obviously drug seeking to need them not filled every month the max amount you can pick them up. Wanted me figure out the backend issue for them.
Tried to explain I had some old scripts on file I know are expired since I moved states. Was only willing to look into one of them then decided I should figure out the entire issue. Which no I couldn’t figure out why they’re having the problem. Also not my job, the doctor put them in and I was eligible to pick them up less than 2 month ago. The scripts should not be expired. Figured out one of them wasn’t, but put zero effort into figuring out the other. Pharmacist tech first tried to tell it wasn’t possible to transfer them, but had to recede that wasn’t true either. Clearly a lack of training or willingness to do exactly what they are paid to do.
Would be embarrassing if I put this low effort into my own job which involves helping clients with script issues too. Partially why I’m extra put off by it, I know more then the average client so you can’t sell me half the nonsense it’s beyond resolvable. I know the look of it’s complicated and I don’t want to deal with it attitude. Location quality of CVS apparently varies. If this was an issue back in my prior living area I’d have been helped or an attempt made to resolve it. I could live with it not being fixable if an honest effort had been made. Hugely disappointed in the vast change in customer service/competence offered here.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy. Watch out for the manager named “Jin”. I’m pretty sure it’s a requirement to have a bad attitude to work at this location. I transferred all my scripts to the other Holcomb Bridge Alpharetta location and they are great. Would not recommend if you you take medication that your life depends on. Reported them to CVS corporate - not expecting much from that, but it can’t keep going unaddressed. It’s a horrid experience EVERY TIME I GO.

Michelle is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Before I could even finish my statement, she started going off about "how behind they were". I just wanted to ensure that it wasn't too soon to fill my rx. She acts like she is living the hardest life there ever was. Michelle, I think you need a different job.

1.27.2024:Jason in pharmacy is rude and inconsiderate - 0 percent helpful. I arrived at the store to pick up my medication, and even though I heard him answer the front clerk, he intentionally ignored me. Granted the screen was down and as I could not see the time they opened, I asked him 《remember, he spoke with the front staff fir a few minutes as I watched and heard the entire conversation while I waited to ask him - JASON - when did they open》as I did not want to go back outside to get a simple question answered; he intentionally ignored me as I did ask him several times to which I got crickets. It wasn'tthat serious that he had to be rude. He could have said something. Some people'schildren. Whatever happened to customer service. The woman did try to cover for him by saying he probably had headsets on, and I told her no, heard him just speak to you. Do better JASON!!!! LEARN HOW TO BE A GOOD HUMAN. By the way, I hope that part timer can teach you to do better. Idiot!5.6.22:I never have any issues up front and as of late my experience with the pharmacy has gotten some what better, however, today I went to the store to pickup a prescription I pre-paid for online and to my disgust, this new older woman (all "blue scrubs", glasses, accent not sure if she was British or not, but it sounded British to me) was behind the counter helping a customer at the drive-thru. Mind you, no one else was online, and no one at the pharmacy pickup area either. One person was filling prescriptions, and one person was at the drive-thru window. I patiently waited. "Blue scrubs" then proceeded to help another customer at the window, and I am still patiently waiting. At the time, I was the only customer online. A young lady returned from somewhere, entered the pharmacy side, sanitized her hands, and proceeded to work as she was on a computer. I did not immediately say anything because although I was still waiting, I am reasonably and thought surely "blue scrubs" would be done. Suddenly, another customer showed up and after waiting a few minutes, he sat down. "Blue scrubs made eye contact with me and went back to the drive-thru window. She expressed she would be with us shortly. But, when she was done, she addressed the gentleman first and completely ignored me. I did let her know I was first, but she was acting as if she did not hear me tell her that twice! I then looked me over at the young lady in a white lab coat (the one who several moments before had returned) if I could get some assistance. I also let her know what had transpired. I was emphatically clear "blue scrubs" made eye contact and opted to help the gentleman first. What made it worse was the guy knew he was not the first person on the line and said nothing. (Check Your Cameras for Friday, 5.6.22 between 1pm and 1:25pm). It is extremely unacceptable and unfair. Both people were wrong and rude. If "blue scrubs" is unable to treat every customer fairly and respectfully, she does not need to work with people of other nationalities. The young lady who helped me was very apologetic, and I appreciated that, but the apology should have came from the disrespectful older lady. The young man preparing meds is also very pleasant.I hope I never have to deal with that again.8 months ago:I was put on hold for two hours, and someone briefly answered after an hour because she ..."accidently picked up"...?!, apologized, and before I could get a word in edgewise, abruptly put me back on hold!Seriously?!Needless to say, I got nothing accomplished. I was at work trying to get something answered. CVS, you need to do better for this location. You need a full staff to make things run smoothly.Do better.

I love CVS and have used it for most of my life. This particular CVS is the WORST! I see why it only gets 2 stars! Had a coupon in my app that wouldn't ring up on self checkout. Employee offered to ring it up. Still didn't work. Employee SAW the coupon, acknowledged that the product was the same and couldn't understand WHY it wasn't working. Claimed the product under the "eligible products" showed the same but had a different price ($15.99 vs. $21.99) The ONLY difference was one had a pump and one didn't. When asked if it could be overridden she said "Yes it can but a manager would have to do it." Manager was behind her and did nothing. Told her to take it off and I would go to another CVS. It was a $4.00 off coupon! Absolutely NO reason she could not honor it especially AFTER I specifically asked..."Do you not honor coupons from your app?" Nothing. Worst customer service ever (husband ran 23 restaurants so I KNOW good customer service. This was non-existent!) Only consolation is it is open 24hrs and I would only consider returning if that is the only store remaining in town! May consider moving my business to Walgreen's after this experience

Imagine calling the Pharmacy @ 1:27pm, someone answering by saying "Thank you for calling CVS Pharmacy, we are going to lunch at 1:30, call back after 2pm" and hangs up without even allowing you to speak. Why even answer the phone? Subpar customer service at its finest!
