Once again had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a pharmacy. I called all my providers today and changed to a different location. Should have done this a long time ago. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. For some reason, they just can't get it together to provide reasonable customer service.

This CVS pharmacy really sucks!!! They are hard to get a hold of, love to close for lunch early, and take forever! Really hope someone over there has an idea of how to run the place.

This cvs pharmacy definitely deserves the low rating that it has.And it’s all MANAGEMENTS fault.How do you only ever have 3 people working in the pharmacy including the pharmacist?You have to have people filling prescriptions, handling the indoor customers and someone handling the drive through.3 people is not enough to cover that.Management has to know this is not only ridiculous but asinine.I truly feel sorry for the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech because their company and their management have put their employees in this position. So this comment is directly to CVS management step up your game and stop focusing on profits. You are going to lose your customers and go out of business.

1 star but would give no stars because they lost an important reel of film and never apologised and didn’t give me my money back. Never texted either. I did the entire process correctly. Will not be going here again - also their entire store is disorganised and their staff stink of weed.

Thought they were doing better - but I was wrong. My doctor called in Rx twice in last 2 days - they still don't have it. On hold for 10 minutes plus.

Severely under staffed. Says script ready by 4.. never is. Showed at 6:45 to pick up... they had to put a priority on it to get it filled. 10/10 can not hate coming here more. Thank God my insurance is changing and back to kroger I go.Horrible service

I quite literally have never taken the time to write a negative review, but this time it’s worth it. I was told 4 hours ago that my blood pressure medication would be ready for pickup in an hour, but to call back to confirm. I waited two hours to give extra time, then received a text that my AML will be “auto-filled within a few days.” I called the CVS pharmacy at 7:32, sat on hold for 14 minutes, was then told upon a male pharmacist picking up the line “We’re closing. Sorry, that’s the way of the world” and he hung up on me. We all have bad days, but avoid being the one to field calls if that is the case. Bad look for this location, bad look for CVS, and we have no more use for CVS as a provider of anything.

The sheer level of staff incompetence is astounding, My prescriptions are never ready, are regularly “lost” or “never received.” The employees are rude and slow. I’ve literally listed this location in my contacts as “Useless.”The one redeeming factor is the lone female pharmacist. If I’m ever given the opportunity to speak with her face to face, she’s always polite and helpful.

While shopping, I went to use the restroom and had to wait in the smelly hallway. While waiting to use the restroom, another person was also waiting because the restroom was in use. We could hear laughing and talking in another restroom that said employees only. My son needed to use the restroom so knocked on the door and the laughing stopped but nobody answered. Finally the other restroom was free and we went in. After we finished we went to finish shopping. Then I saw the two people come out of the door from where the bathrooms are. The man and lady were still laughing and she was tucking her shirt in her pants and fixing her hair. As I was still shopping, the man was down another area and he said to another employee an awful disgraceful comment. He said “I don’t care about that (N word)” I was very surprised and can not believe you have such unkind and racist behavior in this store. He said “yeah I know what to do, let me handle him”. I just wanted to leave so I left my things there in my cart and walked up front. I asked the person who the man on the aisle is and he said the manager. I am so upset and sad that your company has this mentality and racism. The two clerks informed me that this is regular behavior and they too disapprove! Are they scared to report him? I am not! I will be sure to let everyone I know, about this experience and not shop in this store. I can not express how uncomfortable and scared this made me.

They must be horribly under-staffed. The wait times are ALWAYS unacceptably long, whether you are waiting at the drive-thru window, the inside counter, or on the phone. I waited nearly 10 minutes at the drive-thru yesterday and there weren't even any cars in the parking lot. I'm going to change my pharmacy and go to the one on Holcomb Bridge, who seem to be either better staffed or better trained. I'll drive the extra miles to save time and frustrations.

Just spent 5 minutes pressing buttons trying to talk the the pharmacy. They finally picked up, told me to call back at a different time, then hung up without giving me a chance to speak.
