Blond lady pharmacist refused to provide the flu shot because she had to go to lunch in 20 minutes. There was no other customers and about 5 pharmacists behind the counter.I went home and called them later. They flat out told me that they won't give me a flu shot today and I should go somewhere else.At Publix they gave me the shot in 5 minutes.

The pharmacy staff here always goes above and beyond for my family with having our prescriptions ready super fast and that means so much when my 1 year old is sick. They always impress me and I will not go anywhere else!

worst situation ever at a pharmacy!! Today I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist was so very rude. She questioned the Dr. that wrote the prescription who is my PCP. And has been for 10 years. I will be changing pharmacies.

I usually wouldn't do this, but I am so upset with this place. I have been using this CVS for years, but something has happened, and it's gone downhill. Calling them is next to impossible. I'm transferring to Walgreens because, despite having one more refill for a prescription, I can't get it. It's been a week, and I cannot get to the pharmacy. They're inconsistent and I don't know if it's because the new people haven't been trained, but I constantly have to come back despite the dates on the website telling me something different. I have been supporting this place for years but I can't do anymore.

Been here a few times since we moved to Roswell and ever time the prescription have been ready. Professional and friendly staff. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended!

This used to be such a great pharmacy and then the head pharmacist left about a year ago and customer service has never been the same. They have no problem making you wait for five minutes while they work behind the shelves. CVS should get its act together.

Horrible experiences cConsistently at this location ever since they swapped staff. Was verbally accosted by the pharmacist because she felt she was overworked. One other pharm on duty was checked out.

The store at 1380 Woodstock Road in Roswell, leavea A LOT to be desired. On several occasions, I have had issues with a young man who works up at the front part of the store. On one occasion I had a basket overflowing with items, close to $400 worth of products and I asked him if he could check me out versus self checkout. He told me self checkout is easy, and I agreed yes it is for a few items, not this many. He begrudingly took my basket and asked me for my cvs care number to scan I told him I would look for it on my phone, he refused to start scanning without the card. I left him to put away the almost $400 worth of items. I came home called corporate and they told me they can most certainly scan item while waiting for the customer to produce the card. They said this particular employee was 'set in his ways', and liked to do things his own way, and they would have a word with him.Well today marks another day I left my basket with over $500 worth of merchandise. I was buying a gift card for my husbands birthday, and a bunch of other stuff, as I can't get out of CVS for under 3-digits ever, I'm a personal care junkie. This same employee was having a melt-down in the aisle next to me loudly complaining about a stock order being 'wrong'. I gingerly walked over and asked him to help me load money on a gift card and check me out, again, it was like I was asking him to give me a kidney, however, he complied. I asked him to load $500 on the gift card, which he refused to do until I told him what the gift card was for! I told him my husband's birthday, and then I was like, none of your business, and promptly left the store again. I will be transferring all my rx's and do my shopping at Walgreens from here on in....#donewithCVS

Finally had enough. I was treated like a dog behind their cage. Was promised they would help me after they closed but then was yelled at saying that she stayed 'after' to help me but they didn't have my prescription. This after talking from the Doctors office that they had confirmed. receiving the prescription. I personally saw how they did this to two other people before me. Wow they lose a lot of prescriptions. The pharmacist (Oto) told me to take Motrin and try again tomorrow. I had spent 2 and a half hours in the urgent care to hear this? Utter disrespect for any human kindness. I was not rude, I was begging because I hadn't slept for days. Will take my business elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Went to the minute clinic and had a 11:50am appointment. As I'm writing this it is 12:50pm and I am still waiting. Their website says they are not taking walk-ins and you have to have an appointment. I was informed when I got there that they had taken a lot of walk-ins . Which pushed back the others that had appointments set. VERY VERY upset! There are others waiting here as well that have waited for an hour!

Two visits in December 2020 and July 2021. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They resolved the issues and gave me valuable information. When you can’t get a visit with your primary doctor, this is the best place to go.

I just visited my CVS store in Roswell, Ga, 1380 Woodstock Road. Our family has been going there for over 15 years. They obviously have a new manager that does not care about the store or safety of the customers! This store used to be top notch but this manager needs to be replaced! I went in, early in the day around 1:30 pm and saw the ceiling tile missing, with a ladder just sitting there with HUGE chunks and small chunks and little particles of the ceiling tile scattered completely all over the aisle with a blue bucket of water sitting there in the way as well! There was no one there, no sign or anything! I watched the new manager walking around completely ignoring it! She walked past it multiple times and not once did she acknowledge it or attempt to clean it up! I watched several other customers shopping and having to be careful not to trip or allow their children to not touch the nasty chunks of ceiling tile! When I returned to the store around 5:30 pm it was still there! This is not the first, nor second incident we've encountered with this manager. She is either hiding when you ask to speak with her, telling staff to say she isn't there or she just plain out doesn't care about the customer or their safety. This store is not what it once was. I love this location and the staff has always been kind. Here in the past few months it has not been the store we've always enjoyed. Gene and the ladies there were always friendly and helpful.
