Carlos made all the difference!!! We felt so discouraged until we spoke to him! He did absolutely everything to help us fix our issue. He educated us, went through all of the notes, explained everything beautifully!!! We didn't want to come back until we dealt with him! ASK FOR CARLOS H. he's the best!!!??
