March 15th Concord was purchased by another person/ since MR. WILLIAM YORK SOLD COMPANY, IT HAS BEEN TOOK OVER BY THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVERRRR DEALT wmWITH , SAYING IMSHE WAS RUDE IS THE BIGGEST UNDERSTAMENT IVE EVER MADE . I've never been treated looked down on treated horribly with direct comments " I'm the new im owner here shut up & sit down! Also didn't run my meds through insurance over charging me of over 115 $ when its usally $0 with insurance the price was also double which I didn't notice till after I left the total on paper wax X 2 of what was on paper . I can't stress this "OWNER " CARED NOTHING ABOUT ME . MR YORK WOULD HAVE NEVER STOOD FOR THIS RUDE DISREPECFUL COMMENTS ATTITUDE! I shipped there for years & years , the other employees were scared to speak up in fear of losing their job. I suggest people take note of this , never use them again & spread the information about this "new owner " THEY ARE THE ABSOLUT WORST NOW!!!! Find another pharmacy that treat you like a human being , I never thought this could happen , yet it's all true & absolutely happened!!!Much more to say but not enough room to state it all! Mr William York will be missed!!! I hope they go out of buisness , as that's exactly what they deserve!!!If I could give less than a -100 ☆ I would!!! I will make it my mission to spread the truth about this co.pany!!! 1000000%

Are you tired of dealing with Rx pharmacists and counter people that are incompetent and never learned how to smile? You know the ones that treat you like you just woke them up from a nap after they drank a tall six pack of Colt 45 and smoked a doobie. Then stop tormenting yourself. Concord is the best! Deborah and Holly are fantastic! They are so professional and courteous. They go the extra mile. You know - old school customer service. I started using Concord for Ivermectin instead of getting injected with a Chinese lab virus back in 2020. Now my wife and I use them for everything except compounding. So convenient too. They are at North Fulton Wellstar on Hwy 9 Alpharetta Hwy . But then again if you prefer being a masochist - stick to CVS and Walmart.

I used to fill my meds here since 2015. Ladies were amazing and caring but new pharmacists are very unprofessional and rude.I gave them my last chance in November and I am finally done with them. They simply don't care even if you are on medication that your life is depending on. I am not sure if the owner is the same but they used to care. They don't even deserve my one star.

I have Been filling prescriptions here for a while now for my IVF treatment. When they changed pharmacists, all of a sudden they can’t refill my drugs anymore because “we lose money on your prescription, so we won’t be filling it anymore”. First of all, WHAT!? Second of all, you have been filling this SAME script for a while. All of a sudden, because your profit is all of a sudden off, you can’t fill my scripts. Until they get a new pharmacist, this place is going to be terrible. It used to be everyone was so friendly and nice and helpful. He is not.

Do not go here! My wife has been filling her prescription here for over a year and today was told that they would not be filling it anymore even though it is to maintain her pregnancy. I tried calling and was sent to voicemail and then called back and they answered and then put the phone down. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If you are in need of a prescription BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! They do not care about their patients only about the bottom line, and apparently customer service is not something that was taught when hired on as a pharmacist here.

I used this pharmacy for almost 6 years and was completely satisfied. Until yesterday. Apparently there have been changes in pharmacist and staff. I went to pick up a prescription that was ready the week before. After the pharmacist and assistant went back and forth. I was asked if I had picked up my script? I had not. More back and forth, finally I was told they did not know where it was. Then I was told my insurance did not accept the diagnosis code. Either way, this had nothing to do with my script, that I was told was filled, but now nowhere to be found. In the 6 yrs I have used this pharmacy, I have NEVER encountered such unprofessionalism and lack of concern. Being a customer that requires monthly prescriptions, I will no longer use this pharmacy. I cannot rely on this type of service to fulfill my needs. I understand that change happens, however, it is not up to the customer to solve the transitions the company is experiencing. I left with nothing resolved, no medication, and felt there was a lack of concern. I was told, “We’re going through a lot” that was it! I miss the previous pharmacists who were not only extremely professional, they were caring as well. I now have the task of finding another pharmacy who will hopefully meet the standard of service customers are entitled to receive.

I highly recommend Concord Pharmacy at North Fulton Hospital. Friendly, kind, and helpful, they go above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. They even remember their customers’ names!
