Bongo loves Club K9 and Nicole! A consistently good groomer is hard to find and we are so pleased with our experience at Club K9. Nicole spends time explaining Bongo’s coat and how to best care for it. Just look how stinkin’ cute he was after his last appointment!

Sawyer has always been a dog so beyond afraid of the groomers due to traumatic experiences until NOW... Nicole puts her heart into the work she does and she has such expertise when it comes to animals. Not only does she do an amazing groom but she always makes sure to make him so comfortable and took the time to gain his trust in the process. After two years of me sending him to groomers who could not use the dryer in him due to the fact he would get way to scared and become aggressive with the dryer she has made him so happy during grooming he doesn’t even mind the dryer at all! My family HIGHLY recommends Nicole and club K9!Thank you for loving our fur baby!

We had been using the same groomer for many years, but decided to give Nicole a try after driving by & seeing her reviews online. We are so happy with her attention to detail & feedback on how the dogs did during their groom. We can tell that she is very thoughtful and caring with our babies. I would highly recommend her services, but make sure to book early. She is very popular & her calendar books out far.

Took my lab there to get groomed and Nicole did an amazing job. His hair is so thick and now he has a nice summer cut. Thx Nicole for recommending I do this because he has got to feel much cooler. I will definitely keep him shorter for the summer. Also it has helped with the shedding

I will not be bringing my dogs here anymore. I considered myself a great returning customer, and I was not treated as such this last time. I have a newborn during a pandemic and accidentally forgot an appointment I made. She replaced my spot and still charged me half. HALF. I get there should be a fee but not half of her already expensive rates. On top of that, Nicole *yet again* did not pull the hair out of my dog’s ears. She has a tendency to get yeast in her ears due to the hair. I made this very clear to her several times. I am over it. Never again will I bring my dogs here!

Terrible experience . I had to take my dog straight to the vet after leaving the salon. She was hyper ventilating and was stressed out. Nicole also lied to me about the experience. Never will go back again! My dog has been groomed for years and I have never had this experience anyplace. Terrible!

Nicole did an awesome job on our Lhasa Teddy. He suffers with horrible skin issues and when she was finished with him he was happy and smelled delicious. She was extremely knowledgeable when it came to his skin problems and he’s doing much better! I highly recommend her!!

My first time there. Super friendly staff. I have been getting grooming services for my dogs for 25 + years this was hands down the best experience and groom I've ever received.
