Was missing a tax document and the kind folks at this branch pulled together to get the docs I needed when no one else could help. Very helpful, very kind.

This is the branch where my daughters first started banking. They offer great free accounts for students. Both of my daughters started with savings accounts as elementary students, and they now have checking accounts with Chase as young adults. I would highly recommend that you visit your local Chase branch with your children to start them with a free account and help them learn how to manage their money.

I have 3 accounts at Chase. This branch has the worst customer service of any branch I have ever been to. I called in to inquire about ordering checks, the Banker I spoke with was unwilling to explain to me how to order checks online, then told me he would transfer me to the boss but instead Pawned me off on the automated system. I called back to ask him why he lied to me and he insisted that he did not lie he was just really busy at the moment. That doesn't cut it for me, Do your job, without happy customers you have no job.Chase Executives do us all a favor and go ahead and close this branch.

I entered this branch on March 7, 2018 to close my account. I told the relationship manager that I had one outstanding check and asked what would happen. She said that it would be returned. She assisted me with making my account a zero balance and I was happy to move to a local bank that didn't charge monthly service fees. The check went through the next day and they paid it and charged me an NSF fee. Flash forward one month and I discovered the account was closed improperly. My debit card was still open and it should have been closed amongst other things. Chase has given me the run around on the charges for NSF, monthly maintenance and overdrawn penalty. This customer no service at its finest. Before you bank with Chase, go to a small local bank. They have excellent service. Lower rates of turnover. They care about their clients and don't nickel and dime you. Don't worry about ATM fees, many small banks waive them and don't charge monthly service fees.

I've never been inside before only because getting out of my car is a chore. when I only need a few bucks so I can get a Micky D's Delux. I pull up to the ATM usually in the afternoon or shall I say p.m. For some reason I can't line up my car to the ATM...I always pull up to far.... I minds as well just get out and park and go see the bank manager...what's his name Mark?

Horrible. Every time I come here I sit in line for forever. I have been sitting in line behind one vehicle for 20 mins. I have no idea what's going on. Never have this problem at other locations.

I went to this branch to try opening a new checking account with Chase. I was pushed off to the waiting area for an indefinite period of time. After about 40 minutes of waiting, no further acknowledgement, and at least 10 other customers being moved through the line ahead of me, I decided to leave. If this is how Chase treats its customers though, I am glad that I saw it upfront. I will be banking elsewhere.
