This bank is insanely run down. Their drive up ATM is permanently out of service and the after hours interior ATM can't ever be accessed because the card reader on the door is also permanently out of service. Place might as well not exist

I was dropped off by Uber to do banking at chase. Left my phone in car. Taylor-miller used his cell phone and connected Uber tracked down driver had phone delivered. Great hospitality for chase and Roswell as a city

Wonderful experience with this bank! Vicente Jimenez needs a raise - let me tell you 10 star customer service on a five star rating. He is amazing! We had fun and lots of laughs while I had to do a very dismal transaction. He made it so much better! Everyone needs Vicente in their life! Definitely will be banking with Chase for a long time because it Vicentes amazing experience.

They don’t take care of their customers they will tell you have to come back in a week if you want to sit down and talk to the banker regarding your accounts and they try to be nice but being nice is to take care of your customers and not being lazy to do your job, Bank of America and chase both are trash bc they all have fees and horrible service plus they don’t want to hire anyone to take care of the customers time is money, ally bank is the best

I opened an account and the process was quick and smooth. Vicente Jimenez was very friendly and professional in his work, he helped me understand the cumbersome terms and guided me on how to use the bank's app.

Supervisor Nazia Khan has a foul attitude, had no patience when explaining an issue with my card. Lied about bank policies while I was trying to access my money. Also very unprofessional behavior interrupting and talking over me. Every bank teller I’ve encountered has also had a bad attitude like they hate their job. Bank at a different Chase!!!!

The black girl was accommodating and nice until she actually had to do some work.I was trying to order checks which she did not know how to do, so she had to get help from her superiors.The system wouldn't allow her out in my requested font so, with huffs and puffs she had to do it over 3 times.Nazia who is her manager....than says we can call Deluxe if you like which any other bank or city would have done.Then the girl prints out the receipt that had all capitol letters although, I'd just ordered otherwise.I'd then brought it to her attention actually, prior to her walking to the back but, she'd paid me no mind.I'd then brought it to the attention of Nazia and she said " but, what did you order"? And exclaimed that once they'd arrived they'd look like my request of which I knew wasn't true.She then calls Deluxe and of course they were kind and professional unlike like these people here.Prior to that all 3 of them left me at the counter and want to the back, where I could hear them bad mouthing me.I ask her "is there a problem", and in her nasty tone she says...." are we not trying to help you"?I didn't even respond because they're so nasty and I'd never been treated so poorly from this bank.I do not at all appreciate it. I will be filing a BBB complaint as well.

THREE times this week I’ve made a deposit in the ATM and it took my money, shut down and didn’t account for my deposit. Then I pay $12 a month for this. Im closing my account.

The manager Ryan was so pleasant. I was able to walk in and open a personal checking account even though it's suggested to schedule an appointment so you can guarantee time and attention. We went through everything I needed and I would suggest this location to anyone. Thank you Ryan

Terrible won't cash checks Gives wrong information won't even allow check to be turned into cashiers check Ok what is a bank for.......I agree with Stella when is corporate going to step in... This is my first bad review ever!!!!!

This bank location is terrible. I deposited over $1,000 into the drive thru atm just for it to eat my money and not deposit it into my account. When I asked the chase bank representatives inside for help, they told me it was nothing that they can do, but to call this number. Apparently the atm has been eating people money for weeks! No one put a warning sign up to say not to use that specific atm. I asked for a supervisor or manager. They said that there was no manager/ supervisor at that location. Now i have to wait to get my money back for 2-10 Days even though it took them two seconds to take my money. I will NEVER come to this location ever again!

This branch has men working with the atm at 7:30 pm. If there are not going to allow people to use it or even wait for them to finish then they should not be working on it this early. Those who just got off work need access to the atm. They should fo this much much later in the night.
