Great experience!! My sales person Issa was very patient and explained to me issues that the car may have. The car had one issue that the dealership gladly agreed to fix. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone they have fairly priced cars. The staff members were helpful and welcoming.

I recently had starter issues and they took care of it ASAP and got me back on the road in the same day!!!!!! I am more than likely going to purchase vehicle #3 from here as well. My Wife and I were looking for another vehicle and we came across this BMW gem. We contacted the dealership and talked to Mr. Moe. Mr. Moe was energetic, professional and cared. We didn't feel like a number and if my Wife and I were not happy, then neither was Mr. Moe. The staff was awesome, very helpful and extremely friendly. There was excellent communication before, during and after the purchase of the vehicle. Thank you Mr. Moe for a wonderful experience.

Definitely have a mechanic check out a car before you purchase!We bought our son's first car here the summer of 2022. Problems began right away. A headlight was out, check engine light and oil light came on. We took it back to Cars Online where the light was replaced and supposedly the oil was changed and the check engine light was off (which all of this should have been done prior to the car being listed for sale!)Within two months, we had to take it to a mechanic where we were informed the oil had NOT been changed in quite a while- they had to replace the oil and filter as well as the air filter along with new brake pads and rotors. Not two months later, engine light was back on and the radiator was leaking coolant so we had to get a new radiator.We went almost 5 months after that when the check engine light came on again. The oil pressure sensor had to be replaced.Not even two months later, check engine light again. The seal on the gas cap had to be replaced.Three months later and just over a year since we bought the car, check engine light was on. Total for the long list of problems reached over $3600! We had already spent almost $4000 on repairs since we purchased the car.So, after having the car for just over a year, we sold it as is for a loss. The headaches of having our new 16-year-old driver worrying about the check engine light going off in his car were enough- much less the time to take the car back and forth to be fixed- and of course, the financial loss we took.We totally could have avoided purchasing this car had we taken it to a mechanic before. It is really sad that this car dealership is even in existence considering the way they care for and sell their vehicles. And looking at the other reviews, this is a very common occurrence!I would stay AWAY from Cars Online. Worst decision we have ever made!

Beware!!….READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING!⚠️⛔️ If you buy a car BE SURE to actually have a mechanic look at it and put it on a machine. They’re in house mechanic and their sales staff and manger will LIE about the conditions of the cars! Even in writing so BEWARE! I honestly wouldn’t even fool with them!!! ??.. BELIEVE all the red flags ? ask to see the complete Car Fax history! Read the details, look to see if the issues found have been repaired! Then also ask to look at the dealer report if they say they already had the issues fixed. If you don’t see in writing or the actual repair receipts DO NOT BELIEVE them! That’s what’s happens to so many other people on these other reviews! Get EVERYTHING in writing!! ✍?As a woman I think that Mo and the manager (can’t recall his name) assumed I didn’t know the importance of the mechanics of a car and would be just mesmerized by the looks! I came to them with plans to buy a Range Rover after test driving it. I asked to see the Car Fax but then begin questioning some of the report info. They then told me that had just recently taken it to the dealership and all the issues were fixed. However, upon looking closely at the dealership report it indicated there was an engine issue. They tried to say their mechanic had already fixed the issue and it was “supposedly” a sensor. I gave a $1,000 deposit and signed a “tentative” agreement as I wanted clearance the engine issue was fixed. The manager signed the agreement and then suddenly said they would take it to the shop across the street .INSTEAD of back to the dealership! In less than 48 hours they said the car was ready! I asked to see the report from the shop across the street but they said they didn’t have one because. The shop told their mechanic what was wrong which was just the cap on the oil. I went to my mechanic and he was like that doesn’t make sense. Range Rover wouldn’t note such a high repair expense of the report and why would they send it to the shop across the street just for that. My mechanic spoke to their in-house mechanic on what the diagnosis was from across the street (why did they need a second diagnosis anyway and the dealer already had looked at it). Their mechanic said the shop across the street was going to charge too much for a simple repair. But my mechanic felt their explanation of the issue didn’t make sense. So we then decided to call the shop across the street to ask what was their diagnosis and if we could have the paperwork since they didn’t provide it. Upon speaking to the shop they said they provided all the details to Cars Online of the MAJOR engine work that needed to be done on the truck and noted the cost to report was around ($7,000-$8,000). I told them. I wanted my deposit back and didn’t want the truck and that they lied because I found out Range Rover had already told them it was a major engine problem. They tried everything in their power not to give me my $1,000 deposit back! Another guy called me and was like well just take the truck for a few days and have your mechanic look at it! Why would I do that when the dealership and YOUR preferred shop both already said if was an engine issue!They wanted me to take that da** truck so that they could say. Oh, you messed it up while driving! This guy who said he was over the dealership I think he may have even said he was the owner. Kept calling me and kept saying you don’t have to give us no more money just drive it for a few days!! NO you want me to drive it because you wanna be able to blame me for the issue! I’m smarter than that! Went and got my $1,000 deposit back! Because I made them put in writing they would fix all the issues on that report or give me back my money!Bout me a bomb Range Rover from Quality Autos (I highly recommend them) when I took it to the dealership to get in checked out. They were even impressed on how high quality the truck is! It’s way cuter and in better condition!

I’ll be fair and say that the customer service was good , lady in Finance was excellent . Now as far as the cars they are selling .. let’s just say take your mechanic with you to be safe . Purchased a car a few weeks ago , ac fan went out with in 7 days ($1500 fix ) , tires were supposed to be “new “but as you can see that wasn’t the case , shocks in the back are bad as well .. just new surprises by the week honestly . Just wish the salesman were more truthful about the cars issues instead of rushing customers off the lot with a yea everything’s fine speech . Other than that no complaints

Experience here started out rocky. I second guess myself on my purchase due to issues I was having.Pebbles in sales is awesome!All my problems were resolved very professionally from the owner and Pebbles.I would highly recommend Car Online in Roswell,Ga..Ask for Moe,Pebbles or the owner.

I bought a car from here a couple weeks ago and the check engine light has turned on twice already. I took it into the Volkswagen dealership today to find out I have to spend 5,000 in repairs after paying 11,000 for the car itself. When buying the car I asked for the CarFax and it did not contain the Blue Book price, my first red flag. Then after I paid for the car in cash there was a sheet of paper advising me to take to a mechanic. I should have been smarter when buying, but this place should be shut down immediately with the pieces of shit they have on their lot. DO NOT GO HERE.

I purchased a ******** SUV for my wife from this dealer and She loved it. No probplem at all. We did inspect the car and everything was perfect. Staffs were very friendly and helpful and transaction was done smoothly.Overal I like the place and I will definitely buy a car for my daughter soon.
