I had my Tag band replaced. They were very polite and took care of me. I believe Angel was the name of the rep who changed my Tag Heuer band . Outstanding service. I been Brown Customer 10 years. They always do what they say!

Brown and Company has been our go to for Anniversary, Birthday and Holiday gifts for many years. Angel Sierra and staff came through again for us. I recently visited Brown & Co in Roswell with interest in a GMT Master II. I had visited them about a year prior, and John Vrehas had helped me. He remembered me, and I told him I was still interested in purchasing a time piece. I want to thank John again for his excellent customer service and making my first Rolex purchase a memorable one. It was, as always, a pleasure to shop at Brown!

Visited the Roswell store and was very impressed with the service. Very friendly greeting as we entered and directed us to the appropriate area. We were immediately helped by Angel. I didn’t expect to be able to get my jewelry thoroughly checked and repaired right away. On our way out, we admired a piece of jewelry. I knew it was likely quite expensive. My husband and I were not dressed to impress ? but they took the time to talk with us about the piece and allowed me to try it on. I have been to so many jewelers that if you don’t look the part, they won’t give you the time of day.Thank you, Brown Jewelers!

Ian was awesome! Swung by to get a couple links taken out of my watch band. As soon as I walked back he greeted me with a smile and jumped right on it. Super nice guy, got me in and out. Fantastic service. Refreshing to experience these days.
