Nelson and his team were incredible. These guys made my truck look like new after some hefty dents, scratches and damage to the passenger side. He gave me a competitive and fair price and delivered on all promises and expectations. The work was done on time and the craftsmanship is exceptional. 5 star experience. I’ll have him do a clear coat for me and fix some bumper damage to my girlfriend's vehicle. I’ll use BR Auto Repair moving forward and you should too!

I’m usually very cautious when selecting auto repair shops, as fairness and transparency are crucial to me. When my car needed a rear bumper dent repaired, I visited four different collision centers, and BR Auto Repair was the only one that stood out to me. Renan and his entire team were incredibly helpful, clearly explaining every detail of the repair process. They walked me through each step and provided an accurate estimate of the completion time, which was just four days. Their honesty and clear communication made the experience stress-free. I can't recommend this place enough! After a terrible experience with some cheap body work on my car, I took it to BR Auto Repair & Collision Center. The technician was super professional and broke down the whole process for me in simple terms. Plus, they gave me the best price out of the three quotes I received. The repairs turned our fantastic!

Your reply to my earlier review is full of lies. You can try to make yourselves look good all you want, but I know the truth. You conducted yourselves in an unprofessional manner, and there is no excuse for it. The bottom line is that you were not able to provide me with an ETA for the completion of services. And to add in that you told my husband to remove our vehicle from your property as well is such a laughing matter. That is also a lie. Your business is disrespectful in how you interact with customers as well as your disregard for others time and money. I will give you another 1 star review if you respond with more lies once again. Good day.

I don’t write reviews often but I think Renan and BR auto repair deserve 5 stars. I wanted a pre-purchase inspection on an audi S5 and feel like I got so much more. Renan went the extra mile and checked some extra things given the cars history with no extra charge. You could tell he cared about giving me a full and accurate report. I live in SC but would consider driving back to Atlanta if I needed body work.

I had my 2019 Mercedes C300 grill broken and front collision sensor not working. They replaced the grill and repaired the sensor by welding the broken connector, so I could avoid buying a new sensor which could have been very expensive. Top notch auto repair service.
