“This is the only place I'll bring my cars from now on. I've had to have two vehicles fixed the past few years, and both were handled with care and excellence. When an adjuster saw my F150 repair (extensive damage from a tree falling on it) he said he couldn't even tell it was repaired, and it was the best he'd seen in his 20+ year career. More recently I needed a bumper fix on my LandCruiser. The paint work is a perfect match, and the process was incredibly smooth - even in dealing with the insurance company on supplementals. “For the last 4 years, I have used Mansell Dent Wizard in Roswell for paintless dent repairs and minor body work requiring pulling out the dent, removing scratches, and adding paint and they have always come through well below other body shops estimates with no bad surprises on the bill. Each time they repaired the damage, flawlessly matched the paint, and blended it perfectly where applicable. I can't find any evidence of over-spray or "orange peel" and the car was returned clean and ready to go. They also include a "lifetime" guarantee on their work for some peace of mind. I have worked with Jake and Justine and they both know their stuff and will give you accurate estimates including turnaround times along with updates on your car's progress.”

“Last month, my wife was driving our 13 years old Toyota and had a run in with a deer. It accrued some front end damage. Our insurance company referred us to Caliber Collison @ Holcomb Bridge Road as it is one of the in-network repair shop. I was skeptical at first. I have delt with quite a few repair shops during my years and is cautious optimistic at best with most of them. After the initial paper work and arrangement was made, I met Richard, who will be my case manager. He is professional, cordial, and knowledgeable. After I dropped off the car, he kept me updated on the progress of the repair, parts that needed replace/repair, and estimate date of completion. The car was done and picked up one day earlier then projected date. It looked like nothing had happened to it. There are tell tale signs like new headlight on one side and fresh plastic grill. They tried to blend/match the replacement fender/pin strips color as close as possible to the rest of the body and have done a fine job. After I took the car home, I found two mini issues. I called Richard, and he told me to drop by the shop the same day to look at it. The electric short was fixed shortly while waiting. The missing trim piece was ordered.
This repair episode is by far the most painless one I have encountered. This Caliber Collison Center did a fine job on my car repair. I highly recommend this shop for auto repair.
