I go to Big Lots in Roswell, Ga every two weeks for particular items. It is always clean and organized. If I have any questions, they are always friendly and eager to help. They have great customer service. I don't know if the employees are new each time but every time I go I just happen to see someone else talking to a member of management as if they just completed an interview. There is one closer to my home but it's not as clean or friendly. Sometimes I like to ask questions and don't want to alter my shopping experience because someone didn't want to come to work. This store is great.

After accidentally ordering a Christmas tree online in Roswell New Mexico I came to get my tree here in Roswell Georgia. The manager John had no way to override or match the price I had been charged. I spoke to customer service who helped but I want to mention the cashier Anita! She was so friendly and customer service oriented! One last thing , dont count on ordering online because the amount of inventory is not reliable and the manager can’t update inventory!!

I.had the pleasure of being helped and assisted at Check out by Raheem. He was beyond amazing providing professionalism with care and concern. I look forward to Corporate hiring more of the likes of his mannerisms and excellent customer and care skills. He is definitely belongs in a management position .

This 5 star rating is for your cashier Shirli I came in 9/15/23. She was so personable, friendly and kind. Kind is the one you miss she told me about a deal that helped me save money. Only reason she shouldn't be a manager is because she doesn't want to be. Thank you for your amazing customer service. I hope big lots is valuing her I'll be back just because of her.
