We have been a customer of this bank since it was The Trust Company of Georgia. We have not had any problems with Sun Trust but when they became Truist I have had problems with every account. Paying my Access account is an issue every month and requires new to visit the Branch. Nothing has been easy dealing with Truist. If it was not so difficult to close account and move I would and if continues it will be worth leaving.Do not open account with Truist. Too difficult banking with them:(((

Worst and slowest bank ever. Just went here to deposit a check which normally takes at most 4 minutes. Just spent 30 minutes waiting to even speak to somebody. Pressed the call teller button probably 20 times in those 30 minutes…. nobody. had to call the actual bank multiple times before anyone even came to help me and when they answered they had an attitude. whoever works here needs to find a new job bc this one clearly isn’t it for them if a five minute process is taking longer than 30 minutes and they get mad over people being upset with that. People have places to be. they go to the drive through teller on their way to places bc it’s supposed to be convenient and quick. not an almost hour long process.

This is the BEST Suntrust branch I have ever been to!! The people here are dedicated to helping with a very uplifting attitude. My sister had gone in this branch to get help with an account issue and Aretha was so wonderful to her. She stayed dedicated to getting her issue resolved as soon as possible and was the sweet human to have worked with. Thank you for all of the help!! I will be telling others to come to this branch because of her kindness and professionalism

Horrible bank. Put holds on over $18,000 worth of checks I deposited. Sat on hold for over an hour. Nothing was fixed. Was told to go into this branch and they would be open and could possibly help me. I went to this branch and apparently the lobby is closed till the 11th. I called back customer service and they didn’t care.**UPDATE** Suntrust recently put a hold on $42,000 worth of checks. Called and spoke to banker at this branch. who said they were busy and they would call me back. They never called me back*****UPDATE*** Do not use the ATM’s at this branch. Someone put a skimmer on the ATM and got into my account. It took weeks for me to recover my money and Suntrust was kicking and screaming and refusing to help the whole time***

Unbelievable treatment of 20 yr customers. Out of retaliation of reporting unacceptable behavior closed all accounts causing further severe ramifications. 2 employees can expect legal consequences for their wrongful and imo 1 mentally unsound actions causing PTSD. Will post more of the facts once I get all my money and other items back.

Horrendous non-responsive branch personnel do not provide customer service to BB&T customers who have been forced to merge with SunTrust in the bank merger. I will be finding another bank to take my business to. I was formerly a very happy BB&T customer.

Branch manager is great and extremely helpful. Other staff, such as Nina, is very rude and condescending. She wasn't helpful at all and I recommend requesting someone else if you get her on the phone.

We just relocated to Georgia and started shopping for a new bank in April. I spoke with the branch manager, Ryan, because we wanted to open a HELOC as well as a checking account and a money market. I wanted to make a deposit to avoid the first 30 day holds and to establish a good banking relationship. Ryan said there was no need to come by to make a deposit and we will sign the new account information along with the HELOC paperwork at the same time. It's been 7 weeks and still no sign of any paperwork and the branch manager, Ryan D. told me he took last week off. This is not a company that cares about customers or doing the "right" thing. One of the worst customer service experiences i've ever had.

I see that this branch has a 1 Star rating, I should have gone elsewhere. The lobby is closed, understandably, because of COVID-19 so I'm having to conduct business via the drive through. The teller, who immediately was curt and gave me dirty looks could not have been less helpful. I was trying to pay off my car loan as directed by BB&T. Apparently it's better to do this in person rather than via telephone . The teller tried to charge my card 7x's the amount of what I owed and couldn't have been more delighted to tell me that my card was "DECLINED." Ultimately a manager stepped in, she was very helpful and pleasant, and resolved the issue and took care of everything I needed. I don't bank with BB&T but I can say that dealing with them for a loan, they're great, the customer service at the brach however is not great.

Worst customer service ever. After giving my information to a woman by the name of Paula. She repeatedly kept looking at my drivers license as if it wasn’t me. I’ve been with the bank over 4 years. Then she tells me i have to re order my permanent card online and she can’t do it which is untrue. So she then makes me wait 20-30 mins to talk to someone else who did it immediately. Highly unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend going to this branch again. It truly seems like Paula does not want to do her job. I’m extremely offended. Don’t visit this branch at all.

Staff is horrible, Nina and McKenzie are the worst they had very rude attitudes and very hostile tones towards me. Wouldn't suggest goin to this branch
