I have had only positive experiences with this bank and Iliyana Brewer was especially helpful to me after my husband passed away.She guided me through all the financial arrangements I had to make and made me feel welcoming and comfortable.

I have been a customer for 20 years, silver platinum with a significant amount of money at this bank. I tried to get one paper notarized this morning, which is supposed to be one of the benefits of being a customer there, an Ileana told me she was too busy with a client to do it and that she was the only notary there. There were 3 employees currently in the bank and she offered for me to wait for one hour. She had already stepped away from her desk, notarizing one page would have taken less than a minute but instead i was turned away like my business is not valued by the bank. Extremely disappointed… i went across the street to UPs and was done in less than 2 minutes

This bank is the worst, they closed my account without even telling me. They say that I was doing fraud when I wanted to cash a check. Sad part about it is that I was a customer for over 15 years with them.

I perfectly understand why this branch only gets a 2.3 on Google Google reviews. Upon arrival we were not greeted as customers other than told we have to wait. We have been customers of B of A for over 30 years at this branch and are Premier banking customers. When asked what our business was, we told them and they said no we would have to wait for her next available official. So we waited. Finally we were assisted and it took an in ordinate amount of time to conduct the business. Note that we were masked and observed some employees were and some not. When we asked why the tellers were wearing masks and the “officials” were not we were told “we don’t have to wear them as of Monday“ also “we’ve been wearing them for over three years”. That’s pretty funny when Covid requirements have only been around for two years. Oh well must be a new math thing? Not happy.

Been with BAC for over 30 years... TERRIBLE SERVICE.. they closed the one in Crabapple Kroger, now they have closed Crossville. Closed drive throughs. Clearing do not car about their customers. I do bank online as much as possible.. Some rare times you need to go into a bank. NOT BAC. They don't even answer their questions online!!! Pitiful. Doubt any management will care or contact me..... I hear Wells Fargo is about the same. I am the client reach out to me if you care. Wealth management customer with Merrill too. So contact me instead of auto,response. Just look at your ratings. Do you really care at all?

What are you guy's doing??? Closed for a week??? Stores are open, hair salons are open and Bank of America closes for more than a week. I will take my Business somewhere else. Shame on you ?

lliyana and Susan two ladies both are Hard working, knowledgeable, Kind and Compassion at this Branch!I live only few miles from this location every time I go in they always try to help me always so warm and professional. Been going there 15 yrs Just love to go there for banking!

Terrible service, the lady lilana has one of the worst attitude. I ask her for a envelope to put my cash, she said they don’t have it and used a broken bag to put it in. Which bank doesn’t have a envelop???? And she start saying “have a good day” several times basically doesn’t wanna talk to me any more. I hope the manager can pay some attention to the service. We are clients not someone begging you for services. Hope you can reach out to me and have a sincere apology.

Horrible customer service!! The lady was being absolutely rude to process my deposits, if you can’t do your job, GO HOME and stop giving customers Attitude because you don’t want to do your job!!

Always a very long wait. Usually only one person working the counter. whenever there's an issue the employees don't seem to care or just simply don't have any power to help in any way shape or form. Seems like corporate has stripped all privileges of their employees and they can't do much in the branch. amazes me that they have clearly spent hundreds of thousands of dollars upgrading and improving the inside of their Branch yet they can't pay for enough help to take care of their customers. I am so sick of Bank of America, after 20+ years I am finally switching to another bank.
