1 star rating is too high; arrived to return vehicle and the customer service representative (Riley) was VERY rude and unprofessional. She was annoyed that I dared to show up to return the vehicle. She refused to provide her manager’s name.

Phenomenal service, the team at this Avis branch went above and beyond to help me rent a car.I had reserved a car at the Hertz nearby. But when I showed up at the Hertz location, I was told that despite my reservation in advance, they'd somehow run out of cars.I scrambled over to this Avis location in the hopes that they would have something, and they were able to clean out a car and get it rented to me in record time so I wouldn't miss my appointments. Huge thank you!

This location was great! I was done early with my business trip and another location did not have anything available and were kinda jerks.Not here the gentleman at the counter answered my questions and was informative and very helpful. Also the suv was amazing ride ,thank you for making it a easy process for us!!!!!

They were really nice when I first arrived. I didn’t have the gas all the way filled up on returned I went to fill up more gas, but the system said that I wasn’t full the Conn lady in the back adjusted the amount for me and they didn’t charge me extra they were so nice, I really like this place I’m a real person I’m a black dude lol people aren’t nice to us that often

Jeanine and Mr. Singh were extremely helpful. There were compassion and patient to accommodate our last minute request and were generous in helping us with discounts. Will definitely rest here, if possible, every time.

I have never ever ever had better service or a better experience in 25 plus years I’ve been renting cars. The young woman I worked with to rent a car for a month was absolutely great! I will ALWAYS use this location from here on out! Thank you so much…. So pleased! Top notch!

This was a super easy rental experience! After going to 3 other places that did not have any cars available, I found this Avis. Parking is easy and the car was available and the man assisting me was so pleasant and wonderful! Highly recommend this Avis location!

Horrible customer service. Called on three separate occasions without a return call. Was finally able to get an answer on the fourth attempt. Not flexible or willing to compromise on invoicing despite missing drop off time by just a few minutes. May have been easier to accept had they called me back after speaking with a supervisor as promised.

This was the worst experience I’ve EVER had with any rental car company. Please don’t go to these people. They tried to charge me several different times with different amounts. They can’t tell me how or why. It’s fraudulent! Please be aware. The manager is very problematic and argumentative. She will talk to the employee instead of talking directly to me as if I wasn’t there. Telling the employee to tell me things. Just rude! Her attitude is disgusting! After everything was said and done. I guest it was the owners husband who called my personal phone threatening me. Just disgusting!
