The Audi team does an excellent job servicing my Q5. Extremely detailed, friendly, and I would recommend them.
I appreciate the email reminders, and then once there they will send you a text with a link that tells you where your car is in the process of being serviced.
Customer service area for their clients has coffee and snacks, clean and plenty of seating with outlets to charge your devices.

He tried driving us off the road merging into us then flicked us off like we were the issue

Such a great experience from start to finish at Nalley Audi. The communication was great, thorough and not pressured at all. I felt so comfortable being in the dealership — everyone I worked with was kind and professional. Lance is meticulous, communicative, and detail oriented. Eric was so friendly. Took my car today for a recall and service and was told the parts have not arrived. I had called prior to the appointment and talked to the parts and service advisor to confirm if everything will be taken care today and got confirmation that it will be taken care. Wasted my time.
