Sadly will stop going here after 2 years of poor quality and very mediocre service. (We spend roughly $60 a week here.)
Not friendly, owners have attitudes if you need something expedited and in general just not good business folks. Will happily drive further for better service!!

I wish I could give zero stars!! I brought my daughters’s prom dress in to be altered. Gorgeous dress with a beautiful train that needed to be hemmed 2-3 inches. I even crawled around on the floor showing the seamstress what we wanted. Picked it up and she had CUT THE TRAIN OFF???? Why would anyone do that??? When I tried to get an explanation, the seamstress/owner(?) rolled her eyes and said that was what my daughter wanted. SHE SPOKE TO ME and I was very clear. There was no compensation and no apology. Actually, while watching my daughter try not to cry the counter girl said to me, “Just go, you have bad energy”Today was a sad day and I hope to help others avoid this situation by avoiding this place!!

Don’t expect this cleaner to value you as a customer. They charged me $10 to release the cuffs on my corduroy pants. I didn’t trust myself to do it for fear I’d tear the fabric. ART Cleaners tore the fabric and then blamed me! They were willing to lose a long time customer for $10. They never assumed responsibility.

I went to get an estimate for a dress repair. The lady was extremely rude. She gave me an attitude, and refused to give me an estimate. All she said that it was too much work. Extremely unprofessional.

I’ve been using this place for 10 plus years and have always been happy with my alterations and the price. We’ve had many prom and homecoming dresses altered, along with jackets, shorts, etc and they’ve been perfect every time.Service: Alterations

DO NOT USE. Ruins clothes. Second time they have ruined my clothing. Then they blame it on something else. First time they made a spot on a nice dress shirt. Gave them another try only to have my wife's dress ruined. Then they told me I had to take it up with the store from which it was purchased. Been dry cleaned several times. Awful. Does anyone know how to recoup payment for ruining an expensive dress?

I have been going to the Art cleaners for over 5+ years and never had a problem. They are very friendly and has a great service! I hemmed my own pants and I messed up, so I took the pants and asked them to fix it. I knew it was a lots of work to fix it and they did an awesome job of fixing my pants. They did not charged me for an extra things they did. They only charged me for hemming pants. IT was very nice of them. They are very efficient, organized and very clean. I have been to different cleaners but always going back to Art Cleaners due to reasonable & good price and great service! I really like that they still wear mask or face shield while they work. Has hand sanitizers on the counter and wipes down in between customers.

The people there are friendly. I took my dress shirt for dry cleaning and was very pleased with the result! It also has a drive-thru, which is pretty great! Definitely would come back again!

Very nice place, but for some reason the man somehow lost my friends and I’s Jedi Robes and tried to fight us when we asked for them. For that I give you 3 star

This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so sad and furious! I just bought a brand new sweatshirt that I was obsessed over. I saw a small dot on the sleeve when I got it and took it to the dry cleaners immediately for them to get it out. I pick it up and when I get home I get THIS!!!! This was a SOLID pink sweatshirt and it looks like they spilled bleach ALL over it! They don't even make it anymore for me to replace it and to make matters worse they didn't even tell me and still made me pay for it. I'm about to head down there and see if they will reimburse the costs. Keep you posted on how they react.
