Had 3 appointments for TSA Precheck, back to back starting at 10:45a. Location closed. No one answered the phone and mailbox is full.But the guy next door says he “can’t fix anything” so at least I have a place to go when my lawnmower needs to be fixed.

Roman was a kind gentleman who not only took time out of his lunch time because I was late! For me to take my drug test but then sat down with me and answered some questions I had about further testing.Highly recommend going.

We did our TSA precheck here and all went smoothly. Our guide was very professional and knowledgeable. There was no assistant, though, and our helper was overworked. This caused a line to form in waiting room. Not a crisis, but we felt a support staff member would have help process better.
