Matt is a great trainer!! Every workout has been challenging and targeted to my abilities and goals. I've really enjoyed learning about the different equipment in the gym. The staff are all very knowledgable and helpful, and the space is clean and not too busy. Recommend!

Roswell Fitness Factory is now open for business. Our gym is open 24 hours, 7 days a week for our members. We are an independent gym. Family owned and operated, and not affiliated with any national chain. The facility was completely renovated, just prior to our grand opening. Our free weight area and circuit training areas are amazing. One of the best equipped gyms you will find in the area. We have a cardio area that is equally nice. Use Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair Climbers, all while watching your favorite TV shows. We are co-located with Georgia Personal Training. Our members enjoy access to some of the best Personal Trainers in the area.
