My scheduled appointment for a follow up was 10:30a and I didn’t see doctor until 11:20a. No weight loss advice provided when I asked. Only negative responses about how insurance would not cover most things.

Appointments are often rushed and I don't feel like my doctor truly cares. Also, beware the office charges a 4% fee for credit cards used to pay copays or other bills. I've heard of this with contractors but never from a doctor's office - puts a bad taste in my mouth. Will be looking for a new provider.

Everyone is really friendly and helpful. I never have to sit in the waiting room for more than 10 min. Practice runs like a well oiled machine!!

I have been seeing Dr. Still at Alpharetta Internal Medicine for over 12 years and have always been very pleased with the quality of care.Though many visits have been of the routine variety for an annual physical or follow-up, I have always been able to get an appointment on short notice on those occasions when I need to see the doctor more urgently. If Dr. Still wasn't available, I was able to see somebody else in the practice. I would recommend this practice to others.

I've been seeing Dr. Caldwell for many years. She's smart, funny, a great listener, and truly gives the best medical advice of any internist I've ever had. I've never once felt rushed and I know that I've been heard when I leave her office. She's a rare find in this day and age of medical care. If you're fortunate enough to become one of her patients, you'll understand my review.

I would give zero stars if I could. Office staff has the worst attitude and the medical practitioner/nurse is somehow worse. I sat in my car for 15 minutes while I called and texted the office my name and vehicle description to be blown off and finally told to enter some back exit door. I stood outside the door for several minutes with no response so I went into the main entrance. Front staff is rude and told me they have other patients. Meanwhile I could hear the nurse telling coworkers how rude I am and how she doesn’t want to deal with me by name. She then called me on the phone and I returned to the back entrance. I explained no one was at the described door and her answer was “well I’m on the phone with you”. I hung up and knocked on the door to be chastised for being difficult and rude. And told to “stop”. Same nurse then tried to do a covid swab along with flu and RSV. when I asked if I could see the doctor first she left in a fit and continued to bad mouth me to other employees. Beyond unprofessional and honestly shocking they are still in business. Too bad most of the doctors are actually decent
