I have been working out at Alloy for over 10 years. I love the culture of the gym. It is very supportive and the trainers and the clients are all awesome. One of the main advantages to Alloy is you never have to worry about your workout; it is all curated for you. In addition, they are great at working with the individual, creating specific plans depending on things like injuries or fitness levels. I highly recommend Alloy.

I have very much enjoyed my experience at Alloy in Haynes Bridge Village. My hope was to get stronger and feel better, and the program has certainly delivered. I would recommend this program to anyone looking to improve their strength and health and increase their longevity.

I really enjoy working out at Alloy. The trainers push me but also offer alternative exercises when I can’t do one because of injuries or limitations that I have. They make it fun!

Of all the places I have worked out at over the years Alloy is top-notch. In many ways, I feel like it has increased the quality of my life. I feel I can do things that most people in my age category cannot do. It is a friendly environment as well as professional, and meet all my needs.
