Unbelievably rude staff!! I’m local to the Milton area and after seeing this store multiple times in the past I finally decided to go in. I was looking for dinning room chairs and was introduced a designer to work with. She asked me my budget and I told her I was not sure yet just starting to look. I gave her a number based on what I had seen online and then she looked me up and down and said “What?! We don’t sell any individual item for less than a certain price.” And then continued with a judgmental look, “I don’t think this is the right store for you”. I could not believe someone would say something like that to me or to anyone! I immediately walked out! I will never be back and will be sure to tell everyone I know how rude and belittling that experience was!

I love this place. I have shopped here multiple times. I always come prepared to take my time and explore the many rooms they have. You should not be put off by the prices when you initially enter the business. They have reasonable treasures for you to uncover. I always get there when I have time to look. More then likely you will get an excellent deal in this store. They have on sale new, but drastically reduced items. It is one of my favorite hidden gems.

Exceptional quality in furniture selection, very unique and up to date with decor trends, and best of all what you see is what you get, no lead times on receiving purchases. However, don’t expect outlet prices, 10-20% off is the norm here, not much off from the parent store pricing down the street.

I love the modern style of both decor and clothing (oh and fun costume jewelry). I try not to go too often cause I always find too many things I want to purchase! 13 Hub has a design service that I'll try when I'm ready to redecorate our living room.

I have been waiting since last fall for a replacement rug that was delivered to the store last week. I’m still waiting on someone to call me about delivery and picking up the damaged rug. I’ve left several emails and voicemails and I am beyond frustrated.

Oh my, after doing my lifestyle furnishings there for years, I went for the fashion. Found the cutest linen outfits. Love them!!!Can’t wait to see what the season is gonna bring. Happy Lady, great staff too. Thank you, Paula. ❤️?

Sabrina was so helpful and I found exactly what I was looking for. Three beautiful navy stacking tables and a lamp as well. What a find! It was my first visit and it won’t be my last.

Ordered the Alpine sideboard for 13 Hub Lane. Fast delivery, great delivery service: on time, called before the delivery, brought the large piece in and set it up, and took the packing away. Love the service and the piece. A day later the owner called to see if I was happy with the piece & the service! How refreshing. A real 5 star business

This Karen is about to be a Karen. First, I want to thank Lynda for the wonderful customer service she provided during my visit to the store. Susan, on the other hand, was quite rude when I called to inquire about a date of completion on a custom piece of furniture. Even my daughter who overheard the conversation commented on how rude she was the entire time. Susan, you may want to work on your tone of voice, your difficulty with being a good listener and your overall "I'm so annoyed" attitude when talking to a customer who just paid thousands of dollars in your store. I don't get offended easily, but you really ticked me off. There are plenty of other furniture stores in the area that would love my business.
