David in Chattanooga is Phenomenal! I am one of those people who can't buy off the rack for a majority of my wardrobe. David makes the whole process very easy, finds what fits to your budget with the highest quality, and doesn't try to "sell" you anything. Truly consulting on options and giving suggestions based on what you tell him.
