“It’s hard to beat a place with such amazing atmosphere. The service has been unmatched and there is huge well maintained humidor. I was absolutely delighted to find the barber chairs. This completely add to the charm but more especially the comfort level. This is not a knock by any stretch; I wish they had coffee for purchase. Again that’s just a suggestion or wish. “Outstanding customer service and the best prices out of all of the other online suppliers. I switched over to them from another online supplier late last year and will never switch again. They have gained a lifetime customer because anytime there is a problem that arises with shipping (fault of USPS and not TED Tobacco) they actually listen, help, and do what they can to resolve the problem. They are really nice about it too. The other company, that I had a similar shipping issue with, not only did not care, they were also very rude, gave no real resolution and lost me as a customer.
