I recently moved into a 7 year old home that had an existing 10x16 Stor-Mor Shed. While still being in great shape, I wanted to get it repainted before winter. Everyone I worked with from Britney, in the officer, to Kolby who came out and re-painted and conditioned my shed was a 5 star professional. If you need a new shed or would like yours reconditioned, I highly recommend Stor-Mor Sheds. You won't be sorry you called them. DD

Storm our sheds built us a gorgeous shed. It's great quality, great materials, they matched our house colors, none of that can be denied. I have a couple of MAJOR issues with their customer service, however. FIRST: We did a quote online in February and their price more than doubled - yes DOUBLED - in 33 days. They guarantee their prices for 30 days. That's pretty crappy. I can understand price is going up a bit in this economy , especially with what happened to gas prices at that time , but adding $2700 to a $2500 shed quote is outrageous (The SAME design). We downgraded the design and we were still $1200 over our original quote. SECOND: In order to save a little bit of money, we asked if they have a military discount. They assured us that they do. It's 5%. Better than nothing. When they took our money, they did NOT give us the 5% military discount. My husband called and emailed them multiple times with no reply. He finally went down to their store, asked an employee to speak with someone about our situation, the employee left to get a manager, the manager did not come out, just sent the employee back with a message that we would be refunded our money in 5 to 7 business days, not on the spot, even though we'd paid CASH. That manager did not even come speak to my husband face-to-face. TERRIBLE Customer service for a service member or any member of the public. Not impressed. But the shed is great quality. If you don't care about good service with your products these days, go for it.

I purchased by portable building from the Lebanon Missouri location and had it within 10 days. The deliver person was very friendly and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Also the people I worked with over the phone was very helpful. I would recommend them and would purchase from them again. Dora

I hate to do this but. We have been waiting a month now for your building.. this is getting very annoying really fast. They said we will get it this day but then the day comes they can’t bring it due to something happened. We are sick if the excuses. WE WANT OUR BUILDING!!!!!!!!! We had plans to turn it into a house we had plans what to do with it but it’s kinda hard to do anything with no building and tops that I’ve put down money as a down payment! Someone needs to bring it by this Friday

Recently got my Stor Mor shed. What a great process. Staff was helpful and friendly when I picked it out. My HOA had restrictions for paint colors. No problem for Stor Mor. Add a window. No problem for Stor Mor. Delivery and set up in one day. Installation was no problem for Stor Mor. All the joints are tight and good build quality. Way to go Stor Mor!!

Not only was there big black scuff marks on the door there were nails sticking out everywhere and now 5 weeks later the floor is sagging and the door won’t close and they won’t help me. The mean lady on the phone says to go to the web page and fill out a work order but it won’t download the pic and work order won’t go through , now what, I’m a truck driver and only home a few days every month.

Manuel and his wife, Victoria, did an amazing build this morning!! Our shed looks fabulous and I can't believe they had it done in four hours. I'm absolutely speechless. Thanks so much for providing such great installers!! Stor-Mor has my endorsement and I will definitely recommend.

Bought the building on a Monday. Went back Wednesday to pay Jud the other half of down payment was told it would be delivered Thursday. So Thursday we called after no one ever called to set up delivery, was told it would be Friday, Friday came called the place suppose to deliver it and was told it would be Monday. So today we get a call that they can't bring it today because they couldn't do it. So it will be tomorrow now this is becoming ridiculous spending $10,000 on a building for these people to keep putting it off starting to feel like we should have used someone else I definitely don't recommend them.

I designed a custom workshop shed. I paid top dollar. Every time it rained the floor got flooded due to the threshold of the garage door that was installed incorrectly from the start. I was told that the garage door was at fault. A rubber sill was installed which did not make any difference. The problem was the metal sill that was installed overlapping. The owner of the company after a few months did state that it was the wrong sill installation. Finally another sill was sent to me that did not work.at all. I asked for another sill that would work . I am still waiting... six months later, for a reply. Now my sub floor and floor joists have to be replaced due to the excessive water damage. I have to relocate my whole workshop and tools tools to be able cut out the damaged floor. I am so disappointed and totally frustrated. I could of purchased a Tuf shed and would of had no problems. I am sorry to say that would not recommend these guys to anyone.

I was quoted a value, paid said value and then my order was delayed and canceled due to storemor accidentally charging me too little. The cost difference was only $700 on a 6500 building but the company would not correct their employees mistake which cost me lots of time plus some bank fees because the credit issued in return was done so incorrectly.

Really liked this company. Have had two sheds from them. However, their follow-up on quality issues is something to be desired. My shed is about 5 years old now and the side panels are are coming off. I stopped into the office to see if anything could be done or get some advice on fixing it and was given an email address to their quality control. Sent pictures and a description a week ago and have never heard back. You can plainly see the side walls coming off. Even if it's out of warranty they could at least tell me how to fix it! Kinda disappointed on them. Amendment: Stir-Mor sheds called the other day and told me they hadn't seen my email. Okaay. I was told that my shed was out of warranty, which I knew, but since it hasn't been all that long and they had a crew in Kuna on Friday, they would have them stop by and fix it. They guy came out on Friday, fastened all the panels coming loose and caulked them all. Now this is the kind of service I remember from the company. Thank you Alex for taking care of this. Just confirms I went with the right people.

If you are looking for a storage building go see Irby Camp at Sto-mor Portable buildings! He will help you find the right one for you at the right price. I highly recommend him. The delivery guy was, Justin , who did a fantastic of placing the building exactly as I wanted! Best group of people ever!
