Wish I could give more than a 5 star review.
I found a laserdisc player posted online and being in Pittsburgh PA I called the store to get more information.
From conversation to purchase Mark was highly professional, and great to work with.
He offered to FaceTime me to see the unit and hung in there while cash app was being finicky.
He shipped it next day and I received it within 2 days.
Very well packaged and carefully wrapped.
Highly recommend this shop and Mark!!

Mark and his team are awesome! I took my 80s model Gibson J50 to them last week and just got it back today. They installed a Kepma pickup(which is an incredible piece of equipment!). They also added a strap button, worked on the upper frets and adjusted the action/intonation/harmonics. My guitar was already amazing but they took it to the next level! I am loving my guitar more than ever and am so happy to have found them. They have everything I could ever need for my music equipment. Thank you guys for the phenomenal work!

I stopped at Sound Post this morning for the first time, and what a fantastic store! This is truly the best store in Chattanooga.Packed full of everything you would ever need. Anything from beginner guitars to professional PA and AV.Mark was very accommodating and polite.I'll be back for whatever I need!

Mark and his staff are the most accommodating and helpful people in the music business. I feel like family every time I walk in. I called Mark one Saturday around 4:45pm needing a set of microphones for a show after mine went out at rehearsal, he came and opened the store when they were closed, and saved the day for me. I'll never use anyone else.

I just had one of the best customer experiences of my life! No exaggeration. I'm a professional electric violinist, and I just flew into Chattanooga for a wedding tonight. When I realized I left my wireless unit for my violin back in DC, I panicked. I found out about the Sound Post and called this morning to see if they had any in stock. Mark was so kind and said, "Come on by! I'll take care of you." And he totally did!He and his entire staff were so professional, experienced and courteous, and he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. He made expert recommendations without being pushy. He set up the whole system, checked the sound, gave me extra cables and batteries and cases, labeled the inputs, and just made me feel like family! I have never felt so appreciated as a customer in my whole life! And on top of that, he gave me a better deal than I could have ever hoped for. He has won a customer for life, truly. Thank you, Mark! And thanks to Victor for the ride back to my hotel! Talk about above and beyond. Y'all are absolute rock stars.
