“West Shore Home was the most professional and courteous company I have ever dealt with. Their focus on communication and customer satisfaction was exceptional.Matt Davis our Design Consultant was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. The software he used to show us what the new door would look like on our house showing different door designs and colors (door and trim) was very helpful in the decision making process. Every appointment time they gave us from the initial consultation, the appointment for measurements and the actual install was met and/or exceeded. Our door was actually installed earlier than originally planned. The install crew of Tanner Poe and Kentral Brown was amazing to watch. They were efficient, friendly and professional. Tanner's attention to detail was incredible. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and their clean up was amazing. Matt even showed back up during the install process to see if we were happy. I have had several follow up calls from West Shore to see if we were satisfied.I would highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed.”

“Large TSC store set as an anchor store in a retail strip mall. The main outdoor section is in the parking lot and not attached to the building. Plenty of parking since it's a large retail area, but if you have a trailer plan on needing to park further out in the parking lot.”
“My husband and I had been searching for a particular outside door that was only in-stock at a few local Home Depots. The other ones in the area were scratched, so we were desperate that this one would have the correct one. It was about to storm that night so we had to be quick. The sales professional, Jacob, helped us out so much! He took his time and retrieved the door for us without a scratch. We now love our new door. We also had a gentleman help load it for us. “We recently just finished building our dream house. We could not be more ecstatic about how everything has turned out! A special thanks to The Designery. I cannot give enough praise to all of the team involved throughout their different locations. Everyone from our designer, to the install teams, to the owners, stayed in communication with us and helped guide us through the process. The pictures below are only a few of the projects throughout the house. I was so excited to get my dream kitchen, completed with our own coffee bar! They handled all of our cabinets & countertops, throughout (including kitchen, master bath, guest bath, powder room, fireplace, coffee bar, pantry, & office & fireplace built-ins) backsplashes, tile work with our "one-of-a-kind" shower, the whole house flooring, & even our golden doodle's very own dog shower!We still have a couple of projects to go so I'll have to post pictures when finished.I would not hesitate for a second to recommend The Designery to anyone embarking on their new journey!”
