Such friendly and professional service. As a "car guy" it's a treat to work with other enthusiasts. They specialize in German cars but they installed the aftermarket exhaust in my Mustang. I plan to take it back to them for some maintenance needs that they caught while they were working on it. I'm very happy with the work and my experience. I recommend you give them a call. Especially if you have a German car.

These dudes are awesome, and I will definitely be back. Diagnosed a vibration, replaced tires and gave me a full inspection report on my Porsche Cayenne, all for a fair price. Highly recommend.

Have had a nightmare situation since I got into a fender bender with my Tiguan while I was down in Chattanooga from Knoxville on a mountain bike trip. I had the service center for the tow company replace the radiator that was cracked but they aren't a VW shop so they didn't know why there was check engine light and while the car was running again I wasn't comfortable driving 2 hours back to Knoxville so I was in desperate need of a shop and that's when I got a hold of Mace and the crew at Fastech. They ran full diagnostics on my car and found that I had a cracked intercooler as well. They gave me the ok to drive my car home but told me to get it fixed immediately. Just so glad these guys were able to fit me in and get me taken care of.

I have a tuned & modified bmw 435i and finding a shop that I trust since moving here has been pretty hard and these guys here are really nice and were very helpful explaining things to me . They dont overcharge you & are very affordable in my opinion. I was quoted about 650 for 2 simple things at another shop and got it done for 250 at fastech. They have a lot of knowledge about building fast cars here and will help you build yours. Their also one of the only places in the area ive found that will tune bmws.

What an absolute gem of a repair shop. I've been searching for a reliable European shop for quite some time and Fastech did not disappoint. I took my MkV Wagon in for some simple coding and they did a full inspection, sent me an email with photos/tech notes of what they found. What I appreciate most is the lack of pressure to address other issues at the moment, like other shops do to try to make a couple extra hundred bucks. Also, if you need to have your car serviced for multiple days they offer rentals at a very affordable rate. 10/10 ?

These guys are cool. Mace who runs the desk is a real pleasure to work with. The shop tends to be a little pricey, but I think they are detail orientated and go above-and-beyond on repairs. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

The guys at Fastech Automotive provided another great service, this time on my 2013 VW Touareg Executive TDI. Getting on up there in mileage, now with 180k+ but still a great SUV with plenty more life. The Fastech Team does what’s needed… thorough, honest and professional bunch that know general maintenance as well as performance mods!
