“I stop here for gas from time to time and this morning when I started pumping, gas was dripping from outside the pump handle. I tried re-adjusting it but it was simply broken. I went inside to report the problem and noticed there was only one employee and it was a very busy morning. Harper greeted me and listened to my concerns. She repeated my concern back to me and empathized with me. She really made me feel like she cared and would take action. Despite being the only representative present, she stopped what she was doing and immediately reported the problem to her manager over the phone and put a plastic bag on the handle, probably preventing something dangerous from happening. Things break and that's to be expected. What I wasn't expecting was the immediate professional response I got at this Mapco, great job Harper! They also have a great variety of drinks and food which I take advantage of regularly... and great specials on energy drinks!”

“I live a few blocks from here, so I am there several times a week. I have NEVER had any issues with product, clerks or feeling safe. They go out of their way to help you out when needed. Also, the pizza and cheese bread are great. If I had to name one thing to work on it would be having freshly brewed coffee or some cappuccino machines. Some kind of hot drink, ready to go. Other than this they have a large selection of gas station food, snacks and grocery store items.”

“I go to this store everytime I come to Georgia. Im always looking for Ginger when I come in, because that lady is awesome. She always makes me feel welcome and always calls me by name. She takes it upon herself to get to know her customers and the things they need. She always has a smile on her face and always makes me laugh. No matter what she is doing, she greets every person who walks in the door. There are alot of other stores around there and I make it a point to go to this store just to see her. I love coming in and seeing her, especially when Im having a bad day, because she always makes me smile. I dont know about other people, but I would rather go to a store where the people are good to you rather for cheaper prices. Which I have to say, their prices are not bad at all, but thats not the reason I go there. So to sum it all up, if your ever in Georgia, close to Mega Star store #5, stop by there to get the things you need and say hello to Ginger. You will be treated like family.”

“Local store where everyone living in area goes for gas, cigarettes, lottery, drinks or a snack. You name it, if they haven't got your kind of sumpin sumpin, they'll try to get it. Fair prices. Great staff that never fails to shout a " 'hidy', come on in" to every person that walks in the door. Always nice to go where cashiers still know how to smile and say "What can I get ya?"”

“This is the only gas station that I have noticed offering disposeible gloves free and easy! Its simple and helpful. I really appreciated it. Other stations probably have some inside or similar spots. At this particular Mapco the gloves are attached to the pump in full site.-Thanks”
