If I cld give 0 stars I would! I paid my loan off in April, they sd it wld take 60 days to get my title bk bc I paid debit ? so exactly 60 days I call asking where my title was they sd I had to go pick it up, which was 30 mins away, went in they they proceeded to tell me they lost my title and that I’d need to pick up a T-4 for fir a title replacement! Finally got to the store today, in hopes that maybe in 4 months they wldve found my title but nope had to get that T-4 form….come up to the tag office and there’s a fee to have it replaced! I called the office and Megan sd the DM MIGHT cut a check to pay the fee lmao r y’all serious right now? Y’all lost my title and u MIGHT pay the fee?!?! I’ve been asking for the corporate # for the last 4 months and they refuse to give it to me! This place is an absolute joke!

Kim is always a big help when I came in there with what everyone else felt like was a piece a junk she seen potential in my car and gave me alone started out small but now I'm on the third long I'm so thankful for Kim and I hate that she's thinking about leaving complete cash because she makes u feel like your at home
