I've had my bank account with them since they were Rossville Bank back in the Seventies. They have been through many iterations since then, but I have never once thought about changing banks. Sure, they weren't the first to put in certain services other banks offered at the time, but they always offered one thing the other banks couldn't.... Personalized service. When you have an issue you immediately have a person on the other end to speak with. Five stars easily!!... Jesus love, Tommy Akins

When I joined, I expect a better customer service than what I’m getting at the Taylor State fill out the paperwork and I’ll just find me another bank. I don’t need that smart mouth attitude and eye rolling.

9 business day hold on a corporate $2k check, are you kidding me. Mobil deposited which states 2 business days, now it's in limbo for 9. Gunbarrel rd location. Any other bank would be a step up. Get out of the 1890s. Mgmt is no help.Update, day 6/3rd bus. day. Still no support. My HARD earned money is in 14 day quarantine, deposited on 2/10, available after 2/24, 14 days, half a month to deposit a check, really?? Industry standard for new accounts is 3-5 days with access to a limited amount. Are Simply banks systems just antiquated? I wonder.

This was a fine establishment when it was Community Bank - after the switch it has gone to hell their customers mean nothing it is all corporate - my attorney will be in touch with this worthless established and I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere ... Good luck folks

I know bank employees are usually pretty impersonal and business-like, but this branch and the Dayton branch seem to have pretty cold staff who do not really care what the customer is going through or needing. It has been a great disappointment and hurtful and I have given quite a bit of thought to closing my account and going elsewhere. The merging of the systems sure didn't help and they didn't seem to have much empathy for all of the confusion on the customer's end.Since I wrote this review, I received a call from the Rossville branch which was very concerned and very nice so I'm grateful for that. I also went in about a week ago and the teller was very helpful and kind so I'm hoping things are going better. It looks that way so I'm grateful for that as well.

Community National Bank has demonstrated time and again that they are truly a bank that cares. They not only strive for the "old fashion community feel," they actually achieve it! Every need we have had recently, they have promptly responded to by handling it or finding the right person to do so. They are efficient and effective. Very personable!!!
