I honestly don’t even know where to start… do not take your vehicle here. I have been strung along for almost a month with my car. I got in an accident and needed my driver side door replaced. When they fixed it and I went to pick my car up, my windows were no longer working (mind you MY WINDOWS WERE JUST FINE BEFORE I WENT HERE) the paint job on the door was half assed they didn’t even try to buff it out or anything. My door handle wasn’t even in all the way it was halfway falling out to the point where about a week or so later my door handle completely broke apart on me to where i had to climb into my driver side from my passenger door just to drive my car. I was PROMISED they would fix all the issues with my car and put a new door handle on and fix my windows. They kept my car OVERNIGHT after i told them i had work the following morning but they reassured me if i left the car with them they would fix everything. All of this for them to tell me now they can’t fix my windows. I’m just extremely frustrated and stressed out. I’m very disappointed in this whole situation. Not to mention all the waiting around and back and fourth i can’t tell you how many times i’ve had to come back to this place for this one issue when it should’ve been fixed correctly the first time.

The scenario that you have put her through is ridiculous and you should be ashamed - keep the car overnight for a door handle ? No fixed windows that yall broke and u leave the car outside with the key under the mat ? You are responsible for her property
I will spread the word as to how this shop treats its customers as I’m in the car business and appalled by the treatment they have given this sweet girl smh
Better business beaurea complaints and to the insurance who has paid for this poor job u claimed is fixed is next
I hope the community stays AWAY. From these scammers

My coworker has been jerked around for almost a month after taking her car there for an insurance claim. When she picked it up, she no longer has working windows and then her door fell apart on her. She left it overnight with the promise that EVERYTHING will be fixed. The next day she is told they couldn't fix the windows and to go to a dealership. AND THEY LEFT HER CAR OUTSIDE WITH THE KEYS IN IT. Absolutely ridiculous and I hate that I had to give a star to leave this review.

My girlfriend and I were traveling from Clarksville, TN to Fort Lauderdale, FL and had our alternator go out. The people there were so helpful. I'm surprised and grateful that there are people like that who understand the situation of breaking down while traveling then having extra unexpected bills. I also would like to tell Tim that we made the rest of the trip ok. The only other problem was the water taxi we took in Fort Lauderdale had the water pump go out on it while we were out and had to wait for another boat to come get us. I also discovered the reason the car wouldn't idle was we had got some bad gas. Thank you, you're a life saver.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
