“The employees were super helpful and we found exactly what we needed for much less than what we found elsewhere. Our sectional was in stock so we took it home that day. When we unpackaged it, it was missing a back cushion. We just called them up and they said "no worries, we have extra in stock!" My new sofa is beautiful and we're so happy with our purchase. Make sure to get the warranty if you have kids or pets! So worth it!”

“My husband and I had been searching for a particular outside door that was only in-stock at a few local Home Depots. The other ones in the area were scratched, so we were desperate that this one would have the correct one. It was about to storm that night so we had to be quick. The sales professional, Jacob, helped us out so much! He took his time and retrieved the door for us without a scratch. We now love our new door. We also had a gentleman help load it for us. Thank you!!”

Seriously though, I've had some amazing experiences at Home Depot. The employees are always willing to lend a helping hand (or a strong arm to carry my heavy purchases). And let's be real, who doesn't love a good "hammer time" joke from a handsome helper?
But in all seriousness, the staff at HD are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. They're like the ultimate DIY wingmen - they've got my back (and my project) covered.
Of course, there are some areas for improvement. The checkout lines can be a bit of a "screw-up" (sorry, had to!), and don't even get me started on the parking lot - it's like they want me to "drill" into another car.
All joking aside, Home Depot is my go-to for all things DIY. And if I happen to get a little "screwed up" in the process, well, that's just a bonus.”

They were able to tell us about all the functions and differences in what we were looking at. We also are going to get new fireplace logs and they have them there as well. Everyone we talked with was very nice and even gave us some spice packets to try out on our smoker we have. Highly recommend!”

“I found this place via a quick google search for vanity lighting. The only negative experience was missing the turn off the highway to get there. The showroom was stunning. There are so many options to choose from and that isn’t limited to lighting. Everyone was courteous and very helpful. We found what we wanted and our salesperson said she could ship it direct to our house as we lived an hour away. It arrived next day. We all know in this day and age that’s a milestone. All in all it was a vey good experience.”
