2 out of 3 prescriptions were wrong. One prescription bottle label says no refills, The Doctor prescribed 5 refills. I caught the error on my way out. Their response was "well, it sure does say 5 doesn't it?"The second error, and it could have been a bad one, the prescription bottle label says "Take 2 tablets by mouth TWICE Daily". The Doctor prescribed " Take 2 tablets by mouth ONCE daily". This appears to be an over worked pharmacy staff. How many other prescriptions were sent out wrong this day? The corporate Walgreen's offices need to consider an expansion of THIS pharmacy based on this Walgreen's location between 2 hospitals.

Today I arrived at your pharmacy to pick up several prescriptions. I pulled into the lane closest to the building because in the past I have been asked to use the closest lane because of the size and number of prescriptions. I pulled in behind a black F150 pickup and waited, and waited and waited. While I was waiting a White SUV pulled into the outside lane and called for the box the redbox came down she tossed in her card and forced the doors closed with her hands because she did not know to just push the call button, I am still waiting as you direct her to push send and the black F150 is still sitting there. I become curious as to his issue because I have seen no transaction take place but I am still waiting and he is still blocking the lane. The White SUV drives off and so I decide to change lanes and try to get all the RX's through your small red box as I start to turn the wheel and change the Black Ford F1150 drives off and I pull up. Only to be told I am too late and will need to come back at a later time. I explain that I have been waiting the whole time and your Clerk tells the pharmacist "She's lying, That's a lie." Do you have security cameras? Let me pause here and encourage you to go look at them because I have no reason to lie and I have been sitting there waiting patiently, I tell the Pharmacist everything that has transpired for the last 10 or so minutes as I have sat there and waited for my turn at the window. He tells me that there is nothing he can do as your system automatically shuts down and will not reboot for another hour. I will have driven an hour round trip for nothing and called a liar by one of your employees. So I come home and call to complain about the way we were treated only to find out from another employee that the Black F150 was not a customer but an employee's spouse who was purposefully blocking the lane to prevent customers coming up so they could leave. My transaction could have been completed and we could have been gone in the amount of time that he blocked the lane. The employee goes on to tell me that this is a regular occurrence and the manager will not do anything about it. I am not sure if you are aware of this being the way this store is run, and according to one of your employees is ALWAYS ran this way. I get you do not care, I get your employees do not care. I get that we are pretty much-held hostage by our insurance company to use your pharmacy but I personally will be advocating for our company to stop doing business with people who are so rude and dishonest.

My old pharmacy closed and automatically went to Walgreen's. Transition was smooth and prices better. I am disabled and they call me when refills are due and ready. I am there a lot.
