“My most challenging thing with Hercules is visits to the vet. He is so protective of me he tends to get aggressive, especially if I'm in the same room. They escort Hercules to the back and the report of his behavior is awesome. No difficulties or growling... and even when handling his paws. He doesn’t even like me messing with them. Thanks so much!”

“In my opinion, this is the best place in Rome to take your pet. My dog has been to a few other veterinarians in town before finding Mount Berry and I never had the same positive experiences. The staff at this vet truly cares about your pet and takes the time to talk with you and address concerns. I have even spent time in the phone with the receptionist asking for next steps and she patiently offered her suggestions and made an appointment for check in. My dog actually runs to their door, because he knows he’s going to get pets, treats, and compassion from each and every single person working there. Y’all are beautiful humans doing tough work and you are very much appreciated by your clients and their guardians ? 10/10”
“took my blue heeler out there for rabies shot and heartworm test they said they would let me know the heartworm test in a week it has now been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from them I guess they just took my money other than that this is a good place to go get your shots for your pets”

“Dr. Conrad and his staff were amazing today! I had to take my pug, Delilah in due to bladder stones. I found out she had them on a visit to the ER VET. Monday night. I've had dogs all my life and never have I found a Veterinarian who listened, answered all questions, and made my adult son & I feel very comfortable leaving our Delilah with them next week for surgery! I can't say enough about the time and care they gave our baby & how well they e plained what bladder stones means after surgery! Dr. Contad was Wonderdul kind and caring! !
