I can't remember her name..I think it was Lori, or Julie heck idk??♀️?anyways She was short and so sweet and had a REAL personality that I loved. My husband hadn't been able to plug in his phone to charge it for over 2 year...cause the cord would fall out...the pervious ppl said we would have to pay over 300 to get it fixed even with phone insurance or buy a wireless charger which is what we did...anyways...she said naw let me look at this phone and she did a deep clean on the charger port and IT WORKS!!!!!! That was the most work I seen any verizon person do....so thank you lil short lady. LOL YOUR FREAKIN AMAZING❤️

No problems with the service I received. I had a very helpful and polite young man. My only issue is the barcode on the door to scan for their hours. What if our PHONE IS BROKEN. Imagine.. a store to help those with broken phones required to use it to know if the place is open/closed. LOL didn’t impact me but an observation

The case broke within the first month and cracked the phone. I’ve been unable to get ahold of anyone on the phone at the store and was told by the Verizon customer service that my broken case was out of the 30 day warranty. This was after customer service told me to reach out to the store. Disappointing.

Stood at the waiting area for probably 30 minutes. Multiple employees looked at me but none approached to ask if I need help. They all just stood and talked and looked at me like they were confused on why I was there.

I have been through 3 buyouts with my cell phone company. I opened this account in 1988 with AirTouch Cellular and 35 years later I am with Verizon. I am not near as happy as I was when Verizon Wireless bought my carrier. I have had the.same number the entire time.i am one of about twenty customers in Rome that has been with them 25 plus years. I've had the number a lot longer. In that time I have never had near as many SPAM calls as I do now. Friday as I sat in my kitchen eating a bologna sandwich, all the way, I received 10 calls in a row from spammers , scammers and idiots. It has gotten so bad I leave my ringer off and just check my phone more often. Anyway after lunch I drove to the Verizon Wireless's main office in Rome. Thank goodness Ryan was working. He talked me " off the ledge" for I was there to cancel my service.
A year or so ago VW sent me an offer that "blocks" spam and such. That infuriated me because if they know it's spam then shouldn't they block it without having to charge me for it. Sorry Google, you ask about my experience at Verizon...not a happy camper.
